Was there for a work holiday lunch. Food was delicious and our server was great! Have been there several times and have always had a great experience.

Nice decor of retrofitted old factory. Rooms are not that quiet. I guess that's why they give you ear plugs in the room. Overall, the facility is well maintained and clean. The restaurant and banquet hall are very nice. There's just much to do around except the outlet mall and Amish market.

Such a lovely hotel. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable, which is an extremely important factor to me when I travel. My only frustration was that there was an event, I believe it was a wedding, and I could hear the music in my room until late in the night. The staff were very friendly.
Someone commented in a earlier review that they don’t change the sheets. Her perception of what this means is incorrect. They do not change your sheets during your stay. They do change them when someone checks out. When you arrive there are fresh sheets on your bed. This has become typical practice at all hotels as an environmental effort to improve their environmental impact.response / report this review -

BEWARE! they don't change your sheets unless you request it. The have a sign that states this but it's very hard to see. My sheets had brown stains all over them. And the front desk was a bit annoyed we requested them changed.
When they say walls are paper thin they're not lying.
There was toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor.
It's in a bad neighborhood too. Definitely NOT worth the price.response / report this review -

I was incredibly disappointed with the service provided by the staff. Due to unfortunate events I didn't have my ID handy but hand another form of it. I was told though the room was paid for I wouldn't be let in unless I had my state ID even though I could verify my identity. The rep didn't even see if other accommodations could be made. Once I get there the same lady said oh you found it no another individual had to bring it to me who lives over a hour away she replied oh isn't he sweet. I was going to be denied a room for something she looked at for less than a second. To add insult to injury all I heard was doors getting slammed throughout the night. Before check out I went to breakfast and had to eat off a saucer as no plates were available. It just wasn't a good experience

Really great place. Very hipster and unique. The lobby bar and bartenders are really great too! I love going here and recommend family and friends to stay here when they are in town visiting.

The hotel is a part of history and they make sure to preserve as much as they can. During our stay we were definitely able to see that. Stayed only for one night, but the room was clean and spacious.

Rooms are nice. They have a standing shower instead of a bathtub which is nice. Decor matches the spirit of the place - an old cork factory. Heavy use of wood and everything is brownish - I liked it. Breakfast is disappointing. Bagels, cakes, hard boiled eggs and cereals. No other types of eggs, no waffels or pancakes. That's the only downfall of the place.

While the hotel lobby, restaurant & bar area looks darling, and from the pictures online, I thought that justified the higher boutique price. I'm sad to say the rooms are incredibly dated and not decorated. And the service is the WORST. We stayed for a wedding. We never received the bride & groom's "Welcome Bag" because they were apparently destroyed by wedding guests in a room block from the previous night. I witnessed the bartender get unjustifiably extremely rude with the bride & groom, and their friends & family. And when I tried to talk to the front desk about that incident, the attendant was too busy licking buffalo wing sauce off of his fingers to do anything about it. The next morning, when asked how my stay was, the front desk attendant ignored my response (she was apparently just going through the motions). Honestly, this hotel isn't worthy of your business.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are very large, clean and unique. Close to the Lancaster Farmers Market. Fitness room is slightly lacking in equipment but it has some of the basics. Overall really great hotel to stay and dine.

Absolutely unique. I loved our stay at the Cork Hotel in Lancaster. Every detail was specific to the period and design. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The lobby was charming and the staff were solicitous. Parking was a little tricky as there was an event taking place the night we checked, but we found a spot around back. The next day we peeked into the event space. I wish we lived closer so we could do something there. It was just gorgeous. I would highly recommend the Cork Factory Hotel.

The bathroom in general was very pleasant with a shower that can get very hot. The beds were good if you like somewhat firm with an arrangement of pillow settings. I thought the location was great bc there was tons of parking through all the building of the facility and wasn't crowded like other hotels downtown.

Recently attended a wedding at this historic hotel. Very clean and friendly. Stayed one night while attending a wedding, reception and morning breakfast in the Warehouse. Staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. Room was nice, but can be a little noisy at times. Would definitely return again
