I found this hotel to be clean, quiet and staff were friendly and professional. Unlike previous reviews I read, I had no issues with hot water receiving towels and toiletries. The decor was a bit dated but a cozy chair and footstool were a delight. The bed was to firm for my liking but that's a hit or miss at any hotel.

You get what you pay for. Clearly a 2-star hotel. Beds are comfortable, but room was overall dingy and the continental breakfast was anything but appetizing. Other than that, it was cheap and it was a place to stay which is all I needed it for.

There is practically nothing good about this place.

Although the rooms are non-smoking, when you walk on the property, the air itself seems made of cigarette smoke.

Our room was reserved for three people; we only had two sets of towels. The toilet/shower room is smaller than a closet and the shower rod is so off-set, the curtain opens almost all the way during a shower. Speaking of showers, on our third day there suddenly around 10:30 am, no water pressure AT ALL.

In our second room, the tv was unplugged, so we thought it was broken and there was a loose wire in the telephone line, which we also thought was broken. Had to correct both issues ourselves.

There were funky-looking spritzer on the toilet room walls and some nasty drip on the bedroom wall.

The breakfast room had no heat, so staff had three electric heaters going at all times.

Unless everything else is booked-up, choose somewhere else.

Arrived at 2:45 pm. 15 minutes before our 3 pm check in time. Was told that our room wasn't available. I asked to take care of the paperwork so when 3 pm gets here and it is, I can get in to it right away. I was told that that the room still wouldn't be available until 3:15 - 3:30 pm. I wasn't amused. They basically told me it was a take it or leave it offer and that they wouldn't give me my room keys until it was ready. I finished the paperwork and walked around fuming. It was raining really hard outside and I heard this dripping sound. Figured it was dripping somewhere and they would appreciate knowing where. Then I looked up and realized this isn't the first time this has happened. I told the man behind the counter and he could have cared less. I told my wife about getting into the room late and she was mad because we had to be somewhere at 4 pm and she wanted time to "get ready." I went back into the office and stood there waiting. Finally at 3:10 they gave me room keys. They moved me to a different room as it was not the one on the paperwork when I checked in. The room was dated and smelled like it needed to be aired out.

Great location from where the conference is. Hard to get out of because of the heavy traffic. Room is outdated with curtain hanging only from one side. The other end was ripped off and broken. At least the stay was cheap.

I don’t feel safe this visit. I paid 155.00 for what was to be a weekend getaway from all the stress I am dealing with. The noise from the next door was so damn unreal. All I hear is Spanish music going on and a lot of talkings. So I call the front desk to advise them what is going on and I asked the Lady to please send your Security to stop all this nonsense from going on any further! Do you believe she told me they don’t have any Security? I said thats not true you must be new and not know who works at your own job, and if you cant get in touch with Mike I will. The lady re-assures me that this Mike Security guard I am talking about is not any longer with us. I was lost for words because you have a big hotel and no security on a damn weekend! Can you please at least call the room and tell the people to shut it up then and I hung up. Well needless to say nothing got fixed because it still went on till 4am when I had to not only walk the whole way around to the front of the damn building to check out due to the noise and my car I parked out front.

I am beyond pissed the hell off. I have been coming to the hotel for a little over 6 months now because I seen it got a lot safer then it was before. The past 2 nights I have been been having to walk all the hell around the hotel building because they lock all the doors after 12am. So being that I am tired of doing so I had to go to the front and ask why the hell I am doing so because they have a great Security guard that I really do like. So I get to the front desk and I ask the lady that had to unlock the front doors now her name is Krystle. Why I had to go through all these obstacles for and I thought they had the Security Mike is his name by the way. And she informed me that he is no longer with the Company and I was like okay no freaking way. I am now pissed off because every week I go to check in he is doing a round and we talk. I know he would tell me that he was going to quit or have other obligations. So now you tell me no security on the site only you in this big hotel that is full of people? I was like I don’t get it at all, so please check me the hell out of here! I know now that if they don’t have security they aren’t at all going to be a safe place for anyone to be laying their heads at.

The room was clean and staff was friendly for the most part. We had a situation with one of the check in clerks, but our initial contact for check on was wonderful. Our bed was the best, do believe it is time to swap for a new one. Overall it was a nice stay and the location is very central to all the Hotspot the area has to offer.

If I could give it a 0 I would. When we got there it smelled inside. There was still boxers in one of the drawers. The jacuzzi didn't work the water kept draining out so they had to fix that witch took long to use it. The one tv something was wrong with it. And the other one the remote didn't want to work. We had a little little fridge. Then when we got up got dressed we seen a cockroach. Just so you know stay if you want but I will not be back.

Do not stay here. THE WORST. They Claimed we had no rooms reserved (we did-3 of them) and when we had to settle for subpar rooms that were different than what we reserved. Then they charged us for the rooms we used AND the "unused" rooms. So now there is a charge for six rooms on the credit card and Days Inn has been unresponsive and unhelpful. This doesn't even cover the quality of the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE. We were in the area for Ragnar Pennsylvania and regret staying in this hote despite its convenient location to the start line.

The good: staff was nice and helpful and the beds were very comfy. The bad: it looked like they had forgotten we were going to be staying there that night and had started a renovation project and quickly cleaned up as much as they could. Only half the room was painted, there were holes in the walls leading in to the adjoining room (we could see right in to the other room, thankfully no one was in there during our stay), several lights didn't work (probably just needed new bulbs, but still). Finally, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I'm pretty sure this is code and they need to have one. It was literally a hole in the wall with a grate screwed in over top of the hole.

We were here for a soccer tournament. The hotel staff cheered our girls on and made us feel welcomed and excited. My girls actually looked forward to their pep talks in the morning and between games. The room was nice, comfy, and clean.

So honestly after hearing about this hotel I was expecting a crapshoot, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a rather nice room. Cozy office and arm chair with two decently sized beds. The decor is basic but all things considered I would mind stopping in here again. The only complaints I have is that the free breakfast while free is pretty bad. One friend got sick from the eggs. I was there for the breakfast though. It has a gym and it will work if you need a room for a few days. The staff is friendly and the rooms don't smell like smoke like everyone complained about. Overall a good experience.

The rooms are small. The tv was small. When I got there the lights were all off and you couldn't see anything. The toilet over flowed/clogged. I called the front desk and told me there was nothing they could do. Unless I wanted to stay in another room even though I paid extra to have a king bed and Jacuzzi tub. I told them I'm not changing my room. Then I had to suggest if they have a plunger. At first they said they didn't but then found one. BUT. I had to go back to the front desk and get the plunger myself. And he made me promise to bring it back. Like I want to steal their cheap dumb plunger. 45 min later finally got the toilet to work. Took a shower and then started the Jacuzzi. BUT the Jacuzzi didn't even get hot enough to really enjoy, the jets were so loose you couldn't aim then where you needed it. When I finally crawled in bed it was so hard I couldn't get comfortable. And they had standard pillows for a king size bed. Very disappointed in my stay. So needless to say. I will never stay there again.
