Room was very clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful and met our needs. Only complaint was that when booked on Priceline, a free breakfast was advertised. Also meal prices were a bit high .

People who work here are very nice. Our room is very spacious.( two queen beds, clean). Nice dining area. Centrally located to everything even Lancaster outlets. Indoor pool very neat. We will be back. Came here for a sport's event. There were a lot of events this weekend in this area. A lot of kids everywhere. If you're looking for a quiet time here I would check with the front desk first.

Great staff! Maintenance issues with multiple rooms lowered score. Rooms on southwest exterior side of building are quite noisy from nearby roads, especially in early morning.

Conveniently located to a lot of things. Very neat and updated rooms. Front desk gave some good recommendations for dinner which is very appreciative.

Location was good but we asked for early check in because we were going to a wedding. We were told this wouldn't be a problem but the room wasn't ready early at all. Other than that the room was pretty good.

We had a great stay. Wonderful staff. Clean and well maintained rooms. Beautiful courtyard and pools. Easy and fast check in. Breakfast is expensive but there is a turkey hill right behind the hotel.

It is a very clean and well kept hotel. We had the second floor so the ceilings we're vaulted. My only issues was there wasn't any ice in the ice machine (maybe due to the US Men's Field Hockey) and there was no elevator near our quad. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

I only stayed here, because the Marriott across the way had computer issues and could not check me in.I was in a king room on the first floor. The bed was so hard that I tossed and turned all night. The bathroom door only closed if you scooted into the corner, because the door hit the toilet when open. The shower head had minimal pressure and breakfast was expensive for what was served. If I was able to stay at the Marriott, the room would have been $60 cheaper with free breakfast. I will not be back.

It was one of the most horrible experience night at the Hilton Garden. It was very noisy the entire night in the hallways full with drunk and loud guests and Very disturbing experience.I have no word to describe it.It was not a good for a family. I will not recommended this hotel to anyone. We could sleep all night until 4 AM in the morning when I called the front desk to ask for help around 2 or 3 AM. This is not acceptable. Also the check out associate was very rude and careless if We have a good experience or not. I am requesting a full refund including my POINT used as well a phone call from the general manager. I think it time to start using different hotel chain that value customers and the comfort of there guest. HH are not of them. Thank you for horrible night for me and my family.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful and nice. The kitchen staff was willing to work with us with food allergies. Food was very good. Pool was great for kids. Bed was very comfortable. Bar was small but manageable.

The room was clean and spacious. Pillows and bed perfectly comfortable. Thermostat fully unlocked and adjustable full scale. Shower completely tiled and new looking. Staff was very informative while almost seamlessly guiding a new staff member through the process of checking me in. I will absolutely use this location in the future.

This is first time staying with Hilton garden inn and I have to say I Love It! Very clean, breakfast in morning time included which was delicious. Their sitting area perfect to order in, cookies and coffee offered after 6pm. Staff are friendly and I will stay again every year at this hotel instead of the others.
