Arrived in lake George a day ahead of schedule was able to get a room on short notice. price was fair ,well lit short walk to lake ,beds were comfy room was quiet the building like most in lake George is old and rooms weren't spotless but definitely wasn't the horror show the reviews made it out to be, i would stay here again

I give this the gross place 0 stars. The room had not been cleaned in who knows how long. There was a pair of shoes under one of the beds from another guest! A piece of the wall fell off and there was rodent droppings behind it. My sandals stuck to the floor anytime I tried to walk. Mold in the shower, terrible wi-fi. No pool as it says in description. A flimsy door with absolutely no security. We did not feel comfortable, clean or safe here so we left less than 3 hours after checking in. Absolutely no offer of any kind of refund. This place should be shut down. They are ripping off every person that books a room here and for those brave enough to stay, endangering their lives with their nasty, dirty place. STAY AWAY!

It REALLY needs to be renovated and the mattresses (and sheets/blankets) should be switched out to newer, more comfortable ones. The bathroom is tiny, but does the job. The same goes for the fridge. Microwave and tv are good size and functional. Air conditioning was good. The place overall is really crappy looking, but isn't terrible. Not worth such a high price though. Hopefully the owners will update so their walls aren't falling apart and you can't hear your neighbor's every move.

Front staff was unwelcoming. I arrived early and stopped in to inquire about the pool advertised and the gentleman quickly said, " check in is 300 pm. " No pool. Place is dirty, run down distgusting. It was creepy. Didn't feel safe staying there. Office manager was not willing to work with us or refund our money. Customer service is poor! If I could post the pictures I took on this site, I would. The ones they posted ( even though they aren't too inviting) don't represent this hotel. Every negative review on here is the truth!

Smaller clean room. Needed a bed and this place definitely had more than enough of those, two in fact. There was ac that worked and a working bathroom. Nothing life changing but definitely an adequate room for what it was

This place was terrible. Rooms were dirty, holes in walls, spiders in the bathroom, window that doesnt close and no screen so it lets all the bugs in. Cleaner was awful. No help desk. NO ice machine, no wifi, no pool, nothing. Soaps were even horrendus. Towels were thin and hardly absorbant.
Only good thing was the price in comparison and the location is central to everything, walk into village and to thr beach, PRIME spot if hotel did a little upgrade would be great.response / report this review -

Front desk staff was not welcoming. They mistakenly gave us a room with a Queen bed when we paid for a King - to their credit they moved us to another room immediately. The WIFI is terrible, the TV is so old I'm surprised it's in colour. Good location to the Shopping Outlets.

Customer service was horrible. She had a problem with our card but didn't feel the need to call us and tell us. Just waited until we checked in to tell us she could have given the room away. For literally $20 more you can stay in a clean up to date hotel in the area. Wouldn't not suggest to my worse enemy. Thin walls bright lights outside prevent you from sleeping. Poor poor decor. Thank god I'm gone..

Old and dated barely describes it. The room is only about 10 x 10 with a bathroom that you can barely move in ( i am not a big person!)
there was not even a curtain on the window.. a plastic mini blind that all the light from the street and hotel shines through.
Cob webs and "ick" in the bathroom window. I would not even shower there.
No blow dryer, no coffee pot, one blanket - $220.00!!!! out of control!!response / report this review
