View from this hotel was great but the hotel service was poor. With the price (around $200/night ) they charged we expected better service. Our room was smelly and the wifi did not work most of the time. We complained at the office for the smell and they sprayed some air freshener which helped only for a while.

My family and I stayed here for a week and we're glad we did. The entire facility was clean and well taken care of. Some amenities were an outdoor heated pool, table tennis, shuffleboard, free coffee from 8-10am, volleyball, and horseshoes. This place has it's own sandy beach by the shore of Lake George that was cleaned and groomed every day. Also, free kayaking was a big plus. The husband and wife owners of the place were very nice and helpful during our stay there. The only negative about this place is the very old ice machine that broke twice on me during our stay. I would give my rating 3.75 stars, but it wasn't bothersome enough for me to drop my review from a perfect 5-star rating.

Love the experience here. A rustic sort of hotel experience. Just great views and a lot of good relaxation and socialization to be had. Can't imagine it gets much better around Lake George for the simple pleasures.

If you're coming on a trip with a big group, this is one of the few spots with enough room to accommodate. The outside areas are great; the rooms themselves are dated. If you have kids who want to run around outside, they'll have fun. If you're planning on hanging out in your room, you're not going to have a great place to do that. For the price you'll pay, the outdoor amenities make up for the "rustic" indoors. The views of the lake are incredible; the mattresses in the room, not quite.

My family has been going together for the last 6 years and have always had a GREAT time. Made some really great friends. We call it our little slice of heaven. Everyone is fantastic there. Just got back and already booked for next year.

Nice place. We go there every summer. Has its own sand beach, BBQ places, pool and play equipment..

Owners were super helpful on phone call we made and when arrived she upgraded us water frontage vired and the dock area is beautiful.manicured areas all around the Village.inside our room 209large spacious area, very clean, updated and nice patio area to sit outside for picnic.lovely place.very good rates.recommend for long weekend and water fun.. Great hidden treasure.
