Although we ended up cancelling our reservation, I can say I was extremely disappointed with the communication from Seven Dwarfs. We made a reservation online and I didn't receive all the information. I called and called and called for a week and I also left several voice messages. I never received a call back. I ended up calling again over a week later and cancelled. I couldn't imagine staying somewhere where they can't answer the phone or return a phone call. The prices were good, but that's about all I can say.

Small room but cheap price. Place was clean. Nice stream in the back. Grills in the back are pretty small, but there are outdoor lights and picnic tables. Close enough to walk to the bars.

Really enjoyed staying here, close by all the nearby attractions and cabin was clean, friendly staff at check-in.

My wife and I traveled with our 8 month old and first checked into a cottage that would have been fine, if not for our son. The owners were very accommodating and upgraded us to a cottage that was about twice the size and had a small kitchenette for $10 per day. My only gripe is the mattress in the cottage that my wife and I stayed sagged in the middle making it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep.

If there was a sixth star I'd give it! This place was so much better than the Georgian Lakeside Resort. This place was so much better than the comments listed here. Truly. Yes it's buggy, but you're next to a river! (The outside is only buggy, not the interior.) Hot showers, Warm cabins for those frosty nights in Lake George. Clean rooms, clean bathroom and a guest kitchen. A very peaceful river in the back of the cabins, perfect for those warm nights. TV in the cabin, along with a fridge and draws for your clothes. Microwave is in the guest kitchen. Parking in front of the cabin or off to the side. Right off the highway and just a ten minute walk to the city of Lake George. Cheap, efficient and "a real break from things" feel. Best stay at Lake George. Thank you Seven Dwarfs, will be seeing you again.

Ripped, stains bath towels, fridge smelled awful and had yellow stain, small shower, cramped space overall. Left a night early and stayed somewhere else.

Loved it here. Very cute. We came up here from city to Americade.Had awonderful time. Owners are very nice. Prices are very resonable. You get your own cabin..Cabins come with utensils,cups, plates,pots and pans. Its like home away from home. They also have public grills overlooking the beautiful brook in the back of cabins with places to sit and gather with friends and family. Did i forget to mention the pool and playground for kids?? Well i apologize lol..Only reason they didn't get a 5 star review in my book is because of the insects. Not BedBugs just insects in general not really their fault because we're surrounded by nature but a candle wouldve helped immensely and no breakfast but complementary coffee and tea is offered. We will definitely be back here for the next Americade and maybe even before that.

My husband and I went up here just so I can get away from work and when I called to book a cabin they said they were all booked we got there, there was not a soul there! The room was okay I guess it smelled musky.. The owner and his family were working on all the cabins, the water didn't work, he told us not to flush the toilet because he needed to turn on the water and wait a while. You couldn't understand the owner heavy Indian accent. They said microwave in the room and there wasn't. My husband and I just packed up and went home. We didn't want to bother with a refund we just left It reminds me of a trailer park in Salem's lot Depressing sad place.
