Casino has a good variety of slots and table games. Clean and updated interior. Rooms are comfortable but walls are thin so bring some ear plugs in case you have noisy neighbors staying next to you. The Otis and Henry restaurant is not as good as it once was a couple years ago. Prices have gone up a lot and quality of food is less. Overall not a bad place to stay and less expensive than Ameristar for an overnight getaway.

I probably visited on an off day. This casino appeared sub standard. The food left A LOT to be desired. One nice part was the cashier "Brenda" she "took time" to explain everything about becoming a member. She was very helpful, best part of my visit..

Quiet, comfortable and affordable rooms! All of the game rooms have coffee, tea and soda available 24 hrs a day which is super convenien! Lady Luck is also adjacent to the Isle, so you can check out their game rooms without ever going outside. Great covered parking deck and BREATHTAKING views getting to this sleepy casino town. I highly recommend for a long wknd or a romantic excursion. It is a sweet spot for adventure seekers as well as there is tons of hiking, biking, fishing, rock-climbing and nature watching in the area.

Nice enough hotel/casinoif you have the money to spend I would opt for Ameristar, though. The rooms at Lady Luck weren't my favoritebathroom doors had a large gap and were noisy to open/close (not a problem if you're by yourself, but annoying if you're rooming with someone) and the door to the room had a gap that let a lot of light in at night. The bed and pillows were comfy though and it was fine for a 1 night stay! I also appreciated the mini fridge for our leftovers :)

I have stayed here for many years and this is the first time I can say something negative. The food was the worst I have ever had here, the staff at the check in desk were not friendly, almost rude. The window is broken in the room, the room was so hot I could not handle it. We had to use a coffee cup to open the window. Normally this is a good place to stay and eat. I will NOT eat hete again and will probably stay someplace else the next time.
My son, who is a chef said it was some of the worst food he has eaten, everyone with us had a complaint about our meal!response / report this review -

Nice hotel, very clean. Only thing is that the office closes at ten. We checked in at 9pm and checked out our room right away, we were pleased. We then moved our car from the other end of town by riding the red bus to get to it. By the time we got back the luggage carts were locked up in the office and the lady at check-in didn't bother letting us know they would be locked up.

Me and my sis had a awesome time here for her birthday 🎂 🎈 🎁 🎉 🎊. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. I would've gave it 5 🌟's if there wasn't 2 dirty face towels in the bathroom with make up on them. Other than that keep up the good work Lady Luck😊

Had two nights booked at Lady Luck checking in on Sat., 9/2/17. Checked in about 9:45pm to RM 954 (dbl/dbl) and went to enjoy ourselves. Returned to our room to find this on one of the pillows where my daughter was sleeping. Went to LL front desk to find it closed and sent us to Isle front desk. Older gentleman working and i showed him what I found. He said we could leave if we wanted instead of apologizing first or offering an alternative. He then said they are really booked due to the holiday weekend but saw him accommodate another guest with a room. He then offered to see what he could do. He offered me a king, smoking room. There were four of us so that wouldn't work. After another 15 mins of looking he offered to move us to the Isle in a king room with a roll-a-way.in 30 minutes. After returning to rm 954, we started gathering our belongings when I looked again on the bed and found another bed bug!! That is the picture with the date and the bed bug splatter of blood where I killed it. That was it for us. We gathered our things and decided to leave and drive home (1 hour). I went to the front desk to tell them I found another bed bug. The older gentleman didn't seem to care as there were two other guests looking for rooms so i am sure he was pleased to be able to accommodate them more than me.

We have stayed at the Isle Capri they have all the combinations that anyone could hope for except for room service. It's in walking distance or you could also take the bus to the other casinos. They are the only ones that has a beautiful buffet and all you can eat crab legs 7 days a week. The Rooms are always clean and they're just really concerned about your stay.

I had an offer for a couple free nights at the isle and food credits for the restaurant at lady luck. The games here were fun and the staff was excellent! Highly recommend. The food was good also.

The Lady Luck Casino in Blackhawk was wonderful the rooms were extremely clean very well maintained building. The casino was always live and happening with a mixed group of people. The dealers at this casino or top-notch have a lot of fun playing there. Won some and lost some.. over all came out ahead

I usually am able to find a room here. Its nice. No going outside if you don't want leave. Heated walkway to the The Isle of Capri.
Rooms are big clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is large.
Check in & out is fast.

When we made our reservation we had booked a room with 2 Queen beds, however upon arrival we were informed that the only rooms available were with king beds, and one of those rooms was a smoking room. We pleaded with the front desk agent, explaining that we booked a room with two beds, and she did not make any effort to accommodate us because of their mistake. The best we were offered was a roll away. Additionally, we were charged the exact same rate, even though we didn't get what we had booked, and we didn't even stay in the same hotel, we were put up at the Isle next door. This all would have not been an issue had their been any effort made to apologize, but that was not the case. For $300 I think we will be taking our business elsewhere on our next visit.

Overall the experience was good. Just up for a day of gambling and fun. The casino was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The employees were helpful and easily available. I will be going back.
