The manager, Sam, is awesome, and very welcoming. Assistant manager Vonia us a great choice! She is very helpful, taking special care and wonderful to your accompanying children.
These are up there with the most comfortable beds Ive had at a hotel and rooms are updated.
The housekeeping staff could be friendlier though.
The full hot breakfast and snacks during the evening add to the value of the overall stay. The kitchen staff deserve mention also.
I would stay again and recommended family. Though the neighborhood is on the rougher side it us still convenient.
Free shuttle to the airport too
Improvement could be made as far as smiles gootherwise A+

Our stay was good. The room was spacious, although the wet bar area was a bit dated. Didn't realize until checked out that you could check out dishes at the front desk to use on the stove top in the room. Would've been nice to have a note about that opportunity visible in your room. Had full size fridge in room, but it did not work well as our food was not cold. Even put drinks in the freezer to get cold and they did not freeze. Hot breakfast was good. Wasn't able to take advantage of the evening reception or pool. Great location across from the Outlet Mall. Loved the free airport shuttle. And the hotel even shuttled us to the Arizona Grand Resort nearby, which was nice.

Solid 4-star review. Older property that they keep up well. Breakfast buffet was good. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Also used a room for a conference/teaching session for 4 days. Worked out well. Internet made me drop and reconnect multiple times per day, but it didn't interfere with the class I was teaching.

I love the rooms here, this place is very clean and looks amazing. However, it is right off of the i10 so it's not exactly the most quiet place to stay at. It's conveniently located across the street from AZ mills, but unfortunately that also means that there's a fairly decent amount of lowlifes and teenagers loitering around the immediate area. Overall, personally I love staying/visiting here and definitely would again.

We checked in at about 6.10 pm, and reception thoughtfully told us that we could get a free happy hour drink at the bar before 6.30pm, so we managed to do that on time. The breakfast was included and quite extensive with choices, good quality. There were also free snacks during the happy hour. Room was clean, facilities were good, all the usual possibilities were there - fridge, microwave, etc, also ice machine outside. Parking was free and easily available. And all at a lower price than many of the other places we stayed at on our 5-week tour of the western states.

First let me start by saying the staff is superb. EVERYONE was extremely friendly They're such a great group of people. The entire stuff went above and beyond to make sure all needs of not just mines but all guest were met. They all make you feel welcomed. With so many friendly faces it feels homely and comfortable. Not to mention PJ's Cafe. It's a little hidden hotspot in the middle of the hotel. Great food and friendly atmosphere. This is the go to spot for a free hot and yummy breakfast. Not to mention in the afternoon they have Happy Hour with FREE drinks of your choosing.( $1 for the hard stuff). I love this place. It's my new go to place for a little peace away from the drama. The rooms are well kept and the prices are fair. It's also right across the street from one of the best malls in PhoenixArizona Mills. This hotel is very close to many restaurants doesn't matter if you want to sit and dine in or grab something fast it's all in your reach. I for sure recommend. Will be staying here again.

The room was big and tidy. The bed was comfortable. It would have 4 stars but I can't give that rate because the isolation is poor. I was able to hear every single step from anybody walking outside even with the air conditioning working and this made impossible to sleep deeply. It isn't placed in a good area and there were some motorbikers making noise overnight.

When we pulled up, we were a little nervous based on the price we paid. However the rooms were very clean and seem to have been upgraded in the last couple years. They were spacious decent kitchens and bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and fortunately was full all weekend and extremely dirty when the heaven used all weekend. The breakfast was free but it wasn't so great unfortunately. However this place was really a surprise and it was a comfortable stay.

Buffet breakfast & separate bedrooms make this a great bargain for families. A respite from the Arizona heat in summer. Hard working staff. Across the street from the mall. Not be confused with several other hotels in the immediate area & around town frustratingly all employing the phrase "Inn Suites" in their name. Non smoking rooms still smell a little of smoke; and some odd layouts and light switches. Some loud folks loitering around outside at all hours. Narrow parking spots. Used to be nicer

We stay here very often, just to relax. The rooms are always great, the free breakfast is huge and very good. They even have a happy hour with free drinks. The location is perfect, right across the street from AZ Mills Mall with other stores very close by. We tell everyone about this place.

Originally I would have had to put about 1 star due to some poor experiences with one of the managers. Don't get me wrong, the front desk ladies were super wonderful and helpful. The new hotel manager happened to come in and made everything smooth as butter. The rooms are gorgeous, definitely would recommend this hotel.

My family stayed in Hotel Tempe in room 282 for one night. We originally checked into room 181, but requested a room change because the air conditioning smelled strongly of mildew. Both rooms were executive suites, with two queen beds, a kitchenette and a pull out bed. Pros: Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and dining area were nice. Cons: Couch and chair were dirty looking and stained. Shoddy and possibly dangerous wiring under the air conditioning unit. Kitchenette lacked dishes or even pots and pans to cook on the stove. AC in first room was very mildewy and second started to smell by end of stay. Overall, the hotel seemed like it could be nice if it was updated and kept a bit cleaner.

AMAZING customer service is what I want to talk about. We arrived about 11:30 pm and I had my elderly mother with - we flew in from Hawaii - long trip. Our room ended up being on the 2nd floor and there's no elevator. Tristan tried to help my mom, but she couldn't make it up the stairs. I was in a panic, exhausted, and aggravated and Tristan got us a room on the first floor - didn't charge us extra for the upgraded suite - and, the most amazing part - she drove us in her personal vehicle around to the back where our room was and helped us get inside!!!!! Who does that??? Tristan does. She went above and beyond her job. I am forever grateful. The motel is older and next to a 'gentleman's club' and while I'm no snob, I do like to stay at nicer places typically. But what Tristan did went beyond anything I could have hoped for. Bless her!

Great staff and environment. I booked this hotel off a whim and wasn't sure what to expect but even from just getting on the hotel shuttle from the airport, it was a great start. Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted by friendly hotel staff and told about the little things it had to offer, such as a nightly social hour with food and drinks, a free fitness centre (which has some nice equipment), a heated pool and hot tub, free breakfast, etc. Not to mention the buildings are all connected by a "skywalk". The only thing that confused me at first was the orientation of the buildings and finding my room. Once I did find my room it was clean and spacious, and offered a decent view over the pool. I would definitely return after this experience!
