Remodeled rooms are awesome, comfortable, spacious and clean. Some of the parking was lost to construction equipment on our previous stay, but even with the renovation going on, there was no problem with noise. With a fridge and microwave, free wi-fi and free breakfast, it's a great value! I am returning again this weekend.

Rooms look really nice and modern, but lots of renovations are going on. We didn't spend much time there during the morning so not sure if it would be annoying during the day.
The breakfast is quite complete and the machine made waffles are very nice.

Positive: I enjoy staying at the Santa Ana, CA La Quinta. The new rooms are really nice and very comfortable. LQ employees are always helpful, accommodating and nice. Only downfall is the limited parking, even more so with construction going on.
Negative: This stay the employee running the breakfast area tried to close a half hour early almost not letting my companion in but yet letting in her what appeared to be her friends and other employees to take the extra food.

Not a real hotel and too expensive for a motel. Things not said on websitesrooms are noisy with thin walls. Additionally, there are no hotel services which make convenience a consideration when paying for a hotel experience such as room service for those who have to work from the room. They also failed to reveal that they have significant remodeling underway which makes access to the lobby and elevators inconvenient and should allow for a discount for putting up with carrying luggage when going on this exploration. A suggestion would be to pay a few dollars more for the neighboring Embassy Suites. Wish I could review this property better as it shows well on websites but the reality is less than great. As I'm a frequent business traveler I will no doubt have the opportunity to review this property again in the future.

My stay at the La Quinta Inn was wonderful. It is located right off of the 55 freeway at the Dyer Road exit. The rooms are recently renovated.

As of this stay, they are in the process of remodeling. I spent the night in one of the remodeled rooms. Very nice!

Breakfast was very nice with plenty of variety for a short stay.

Had a wonderful time here on our anniversary. Great room, great bed, clean, new, well kept.

Dispute current construction and a slight detour from room to elevator (Which we really only used when carrying cases) weren't bothered by noise or anything. Fantastic desk and room service.

I used to love staying here but now it a joke. If your not getting mad dog by staff your having to deal with broken down appliances. If your smoker they will threaten you with 250 fine for smoking in the parking lot after staff members says it okay just don't smoke in the room. Rude staff and out dated layout of the room

NO STARS!!!! Stay here if you want your car or trucks stolen from their parking lot. They don't have security cameras to see who stole it or what time it happened. My sister U-Haul truck with all their house in it was stolen. When I think of staying at hotels in this area I think they would at least have cameras or security walking the premises to make people feel safe.

I liked this hotel but I had one major problemthere sofa beds are horrendous to say the least!! There pull out sofa is no larger then a twin xl.but not only are they extremely small but there so oldthat my son couldn't sleep on it cause the springs were sticking out so much! Other then that there rooms are spacious & breakfast was good!! Deposit is a bit much.

Definitely not an upscale hotel, so if that's what you are looking for this isn't the place. But it's nice, the pool is nice, I think the continental breakfast was awesome! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because our shower leaked and we were on the outside rooms where you could hear the freeway.

Great location and love the new rooms.
It's worth the price. We're from Canada we stayed for 6days. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
