Nice service, nice room, and nice people, but in the room I was in one of the beds gave me bug bite and I was concern so at the time I was with my family too so my mom and sister wanted to make sure that i was getting it from the bed so they slept in the bed too ( there was 2 beds) and once they woke up they notice that they also got bites. Also in the room I was in I notice that the fire alarm wasn't attached so what if there was a fire and me and my family didn't know, also I didn't like how it was open to the outside and anyone can come especially since the door knob or lock wasn't good at locking and me and my family had to make sure that the door is lock over and over again. And bathroom mostly shower could be cleaner there were some stains on the wall.

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean room with a nice bathroom. Decent area. Somewhat soft bed, but a bit too soft for my wife. Decent price, but could possibly get a better room closer to Disneyland

My airplane arrived to Lax on 10:00 am and I had a meeting at 3:00pm. I called the hotel’s customer service If I can check-in on 12:00pm because the standard check-in time is 3:00pm and they were very cooperative. They let me check at 12:00pm with no extra cost, i was able to have a shower, iron my clothes and get dressed for my meeting.
On the other hand, the room is very clean and spacious. The bathroom is equipped with all what I needed.
The breakfast hall was ok but i like the staff, they are amazing and definitely I will come back to this hotel every time I have work in Anaheim.response / report this review -

Good rooms for the price. Clean and cozy but too cozy if you have many kids or people in a room. Right next to the freeway which is nice for traveling around town but a little noisy at night if you sleep toward the freeway side of the hotel. Many shops around, so easy access to food and drinks. Staff is friendly and breakfast is delicious and plenty of options

The location is right behind a couple of plazas so food and drink is a short walk away. Rooms were clean, but the jet nozzles (looks like it was upgraded after room was built) in the bathtub was dirty and black. Room has blackout blinds and was quiet so that is a plus. Staff are cordial. During complimentary breakfast I saw a staff person help an old lady with a walker get seated at a table as well as get her a beverage. Admirable.

The room was lovely. Very clean and the best was so comfortable we had to find out the manufacture. We had a good night's rest and the area was quiet. Great service at the front desk. The Breakfast Room was quite busy in the morning, which is a sign that many prefer the stay here than at other hotels.

The hotel is in a great location, food options, bank and more walking distance away. It's also, right off of the 91 hwy, with ample parking options. I didn't spend much time at the hotel itself. But my interaction with the staff was very pleasant the two times we interacted with them. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room as well. Everything worked as advertised! Would stay here again when in this area.

Cool hotel hidden behind a shopping plaza. Really convenient location next to LA Fitness. Cons: I don't like the motel open air feel of the rooms.

We checked in less than 2 hours ago to a room that looks clean with a big bathroom, but is very musty smelling and can hear the freeway in our room with all the doors and windows closed. After a long 3 days at Disney we couldn't wait to relax in the pool/hot tub. As I am writing this review it is 9:09 pm and the pool doesn't close until 10:00. It is just myself, mom, husband, and 2 kids in the pool area - my kids are 5 and 6. A girl from the front desk just came in and said she has been getting "noise complaints and if she gets anymore she will have to ask us to leave!!!" At first I thought maybe the pool had closed at 9:00 so I clarified, and she explained that the pool doesn't close until 10:00 but "kids are expected to keep quiet in the pool area after the sun goes down!!" Wow, guess where we will never be staying with our kids again!

They did a great job and every staff member we encountered did a fantastic job and was very friendly. The had great amenities with a fantastic breakfast. Their breakfast included hot items such as cheese omelets, sausage patties, eggs, hard boiled eggs, waffles, various breads and bagels, and oatmeal with a variety of condiments.
