Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Water pressure temperature in the shower was not very good.

Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Stairwell was dirty and a piece of candy sat in the same place next to the side door for our entire stay.

The mattress badly needs to be replaced. The TV was set to one channel. Hair in the tube. The staff was very nice though a bit overwhelmed at being 100% booked.

Somewhat quiet except for Semi-trucks all through the night roaring on highway. Which caused a loud thunderous sound in our room at end of building. Clean except for some questionable spots on dingy bed linen and duvet. Way to far off the beaten path of major expressway. Bonus though was finding a whole little Metropolis just a ways East down the road from hotel. Thanks for the good breakfast at the "Broadway Cafe" on "WASHINGTON AVE" not Washington Street? Also Great Wardrobe find for myself at the local GOODWILL Store!! I'm a Background Actress in Chicago . I found 2 Ballroom Gowns for dirt cheap. Ecstatic as all to vacation and add to my wardrobe collection for parts. Visit was a success and the George Clinton Parliament Funkadrelics Concert at the "Lafayette Theatre" was a rip roaring stamky freakin time. Funk and Drinks were Awesome. The "Black SPARROW" restaurant in downtown tantalized our Midwest palate. Their variety of micro brew libations & cocktails warranted no introduction but an ibuprofen at night's end. Thank you Madison County The Jackson's WILL BE BACK!!

Great price for off the normal path of Grand Park Westfield IN. Most other hotels were $150+. For the 15 min further drive it was quiet clean and had good breakfast.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Pool was clear. It was an all around good stay.

Stayed here a couple of time in the last 5 years for a stay-cation. Nice, clean rooms with a very good continental breakfast. Nice indoor pool. Will visit again soon!

Looks good on the surface but when we stayed there at night the unsavory types appeared. The screen on our window was bent like it had been pried off and the side door does not lock so anyone can come in and out of the hotel without a key and they do. I stayed twice and felt somewhat unsafe both times. Staff was nice though. The rooms are big and nicely decorated.

Prices were a bit higher than expected .. definitely book on trip advisor next time .. front desk staff was friendly and helpful .. talked me into the rewards program, we'll see how that works out room smelled clean, beds are comfortable .. in room coffee, microwave and refrigerator .. free HBO .. breakfast included cheese omelets, bacon, waffles and the usual continental fare .. a wonderful lady tended the breakfast area, retired and talkative .. not my cup of tea first thing in the morning but she was very pleasant .. if I find myself in the area again I will stop in ..

If you have to stay in Frankfort, stay here. They have the usual hotel anemnities. Clean King rooms or 2 queen beds. TV, fridge & microwave. The free breakfast is OK but no fresh fruit, meat or eggs the times we had itthey had fruit cocktail, muffins, waffles, juices, biscuits & gravy. Would stay here again.
