The room was big! We had a great stay. The kitchen was very spaces and had everything we needed.

Any other time I would say excellent. But a day or two after Thanksgiving, the hot tub was horrible. It smelled something horrible. The water was a some what milky color. Not good.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament and the first room they assigned smelled like mold. They asked if I was planning to leave for a half hour so they could smoke the room. Really?? They moved me to another room which at least smelled better but outdated. Old carpet and old bath tubs. The woman security guard shut the lobby down at 11. No one could stay in the lobby after 11. Really?? Treated all the parents that were enjoying themselfs like kids. She was rude and obnoxious. I would not stay here if you like being treated nicely. Also had a bum off the street come in and surf porn on the lobby computer. Not good.

This place was perfect for our stop over night! Staff was super nice and I can tell this is the place to be on game day! We look forward to coming back!

Looks very nice. Room smelled of stale smoke. And everything needs to be updated. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall a good experience.

The desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice and big. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. This is a very nice place to stay , especially if you are a Notre Dame fan. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff was very polite and helpful, they even arranged for a late check out for me at the last minute when my plans changed. The rooms are very comfortable and well taken care of and cleaned. The fitness center is well rounded with something for everyone. I didn't hear any noise from the hall or neighboring rooms and the beds are quite comfortable allowing for great sleep. I will definitely stay here again.

I received a suite with a wet bar, 2 TV's, and a king bed at a discounted rate as the hotel was trying to sell the last room available. Accommodations were pleasant, I was pleased to find that the pillows were well stuffed, and slept very well. There is a 24 hour fitness center with an attached spa, which I plan to use during my stay. Also included is free guest laundry rooms, a pool, and what appears to be two outdoor grills in the courtyard. Breakfast is not necessarily included in the stay, although it was for me. If you do receive breakfast with your stay, the receptionist will hand you enough breakfast coupons for your stay. As far as the actual food went, it was pretty much the standard fare of cereal, waffles, fruit, fresh eggs and sausage, and to my surprise, slices of ham. To my dissatisfaction though, I didn't see any oatmeal,which is my staple breakfast. They also offer free 24 hour coffee with flavored cream. The staff were friendly, and I have no reason to complain. Overall, I was definitely happy with my stay, and would stay here again, given the opportunity.

This place is awesome. We transferred our time share out here at first we weren't happy. We had a small one bedroom room and 4 adults. It was very crowded and there wasn't any burners that we could cook on. We stopped at the front desk and Tammy helped us upgrade to a 2 bedroom for a little extra cost per night. She worked quite a while until she figured something out for us, which we are very thankful for. We are here for a couple of days yet and have had a great experience here.

Went here with friends just to swim. Pool was clean and nice. Everything I saw was nice. Looks like luxury appartments with room service and a lobby. Will be back.

I have stayed here several times and always enjoyed my stay. They have occasionally upgraded my room as well, which is always welcome. I would recommend this hotel over any other to anybody staying in South Bend

I loved, loved, loved this place. Arrived in town for a funeral. Staff was very kind and helpful. Nice easy check-in. They were kind to my children. Beautiful rooms with balconies. Indoor pool, gym, and spa were all lovely. Also have a bar, billiards, and other activities. Nice big breakfast .

This was our first time staying at the location. It looked like there was some tournament going on and initially we were concerned about noise. They have posted quiet times and it's enforced as it was very quiet! You get a living area, kitchenette, separate sleeping area and it's a great stay! The staff was wonderful at check in and gave great dinner suggestions. We will stay here again! Thank you for the great service!
