Nice clean place!
Staff very friendly.
The only downside is the hot tub not running
Which would have been so great on these cold days. We we're looking so forward to a hot tub :(

This is a decent hotel. There is lots of parking and the service of good. They have a decent breakfast, no scrambled eggs or sausage though. The rooms are nice and the beds were comfortable. What I didn't like was how noisy it was at night. We could hear cars roaring down the freeway which is next to the hotel and there was no shortage of loud cars at night. The elevator is very slow and our floor had weird odors, like propane gas. This wasn't s huge deal however. Also our door had issues opening. It usually took a few attempts to open it. Overall it was a decent experience.

I have been staying here for years it is dirty lately and customer service has taken a nose dive. They don't take care of even their elite customers anymore. Holiday inn or comfort suits much better for the price

Stayed here this past weekend I had arrived early and called head to see if i could an earlier check in and was allowed to check in early. Room was very clean and was way more then what I expected for the price i paid. Great fast friendly customer service. I will be staying here again in the future. Thank you all for a great experience.

Nice size rooms with small fridge and microwave. Beds are small(if you share same bed). Good breakfast. Great staff. TV was not working.Good location. Nice and clean hotel.

Enjoyed our short stay. Accommodating staff helped us check in and switch rooms to better fit our need. Breakfast was a bit bare, but it did it's job.

My stay there was okay. They would not allow the window to open all the way, the volume only went to a certain point, the shower had a nasty stain in it, and the room was always hot even though we kept the air conditioner on. The breakfast was good.

Loved it. Quiet. I felt safe here after seeing a security officer doing his rounds a few times. Housekeeper we had was very efficient. We stayed 2 nights and our room was as clean the second night as it was when we checked in. Breakfast was great too. Staff here rocks!!

The Gazebo and the yard and conference room is absolutely beautiful for a small to medium size wedding. The staff is beyond friendly and the area is calm. The Lakewood Police are even really nice. Hotel sure could use some cleaning but it really isn't too bad considering. Way to go La Quinta in Lakewood for making our experience one of a kind and for your staff being beyond amazing!!!!!!!!!

In town for aunt's 90th birthday. Nice room allowed us to visit in meeting room which was very nice. Only problem was breakfast area was too small. We had to round up chairs and set outside. Would be nice if pool had longer hours.

This was a great hotel to stay at. We were a family of five in a room that felt really spacious. It was clean. The bathroom was pretty big. There was a pretty nice swimming pool. The only complaint I would have was that the smoking pavilion is only like 10 feet from the pool. So it blows into the pool area. No other complaints however, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. They have a gym a pool, and it is in an active and busy area of town. Plenty of shopping, little parks, and restaurants. Very bike friendly area! But the breakfast they offer in the morning is very a limited selection, and not maintained well.

I have stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times. The staff is always so friendly and very helpful. Very open and spacious rooms. Great breakfast. And, easy access to the highways.

My first stay in a long time. LA Quinta has really come up in opinion. My room is very nice with some hidden storages for the microwave oven and fridge.
The room seems off at an an angle because of the way the door is positioned. The closet is right behind the entrance, which for some might be a hindrance. The bathroom is nice and bright with white every where, and the tile has those green squares. I have not tested the shower, so will see about that
I would say the room was recently done, and maybe the whole place is not that old.

I didn't see any restaurants around as I drove to the main entrance, so will have to pass on that comment. I called the front desk to ask about pool and or spa, and was told that the pool would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. Rate wise, it seems a good deal.
