The lobby was being renovated, so it was difficult to find the correct door to check in at in the dark. The room was mostly clean, but the toilet was a little dirty when we initially entered the room. The room was a good size, climate control easy to use, and there was a nice, large window. The television was new, but the system and remote seemed old. Reasonable price for the not horrible/not awesome experience.

Very courteous staff, clean rooms and lobby. I had booked a different room online and had to hurry to find another room due to the other one being dirty and not adequate for our stay. This one was cheaper and 10x nicer. 20 min from downtown cleveland. Indoor pool and hot tub ahhhh this place was a lifesaver and made our mini vacay so much more enjoyable for 2/3 the cost. Highly recommend!

My power went out for a few days so me and my dog went looking for a place to stay till the power problem was fixed. And la quinta was by far the best option i saw for pet friendly a pet friendly hotel. The staff were super nice to me and my dog and provided everything i needed with a smile. The breakfast was quite nice and not overly crowded like alot of other places. It was across the street from the mall witch was nice and also near a guitar center and a large number of restaurants and even had an Italian restaurant and a pizza place do room service although i didn't try that myself. The room was clean quiet comfortable and a very reasonable size. I would certainly consider staying there again if my travels lead me near one

Great hotel for the cost, however severely under staffed. The only person in the hotel working was the front desk agent. No maintenance nor housekeeping. In fact, when it was time to go to bed, the sleeper sofa had no sheets and there were no pillows for it. The room was comfortable and was relaxing other than that.

We stayed last Saturday night. Everything was excellent-----from the room, the pool, staff and the morning breakfast. I want to say a special thank you to a wonderful member of your staff---Bambi. She had checked us in. My kids were eager to swim and she gave us a room down the hall from the pool on the first floor which was super convenient. Then on Sunday morning, Bambi checked us out and we mentioned to her that we were looking for something to do for a couple hours before driving back to Buffalo, NY. We noticed a sign for a local comi-con displayed on the desk. Bambi gave us information, directions and best of all---free tickets for my husband and I. The kids had so much fun! Thank you for an exceptional weekend and a shout out to Bambi too!!!! I wish all hotels were this great

Clean, comfortable room. Nice staff. Had to leave before breakfast, so can't speak for that. Convenient to airport. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

LOVED IT!!! Everything was clean, the people were nice ,the bed was amazing and the color scheme/style was awesome. Really nice. I didn't want to leave. I told my boyfriend we should just stay for two nights just to get away, relax and enjoy. Totally recommend!

Worst stay EVER. I was placed on the first floor by the pool, ice maker and housekeeping area. Every night kids were at the pool screaming until 11 pm even though the pool closes as 10 pm, and only left when I called the front desk which was just down the hall. Each morning at 5;30 am I was woken by kitchen staff filling 5-6 pitchers with ice. I asked to change rooms and they had none available. Asked to have them to go another ice machine and was assured that would happen, but it never happened. I also asked for earplugs and was told I could go to the store and buy them myself. Each morning I also had to dodge the cleaning carts that lined the hallway when trying to go to breakfast, and listen to the supervisor yelling that they had 9 workers and 90 rooms to clean so they better hurry up. The last night there they started cleaning the carpet at 9:20 pm. When asked them to stop they did, but at 10:40 pm two men (one was the carpet cleaner) were in the hall banging garbage carts and laughing and goofing around. When I asked them to stop one yelled at me and told me to go back in my room and if I didn't like it ask to change rooms. I explained about the late nights and early wake ups and that this was the first night the pool was quiet and he kept yelling. Manager was not helpful and comped me $12.50 a day for the inconvenience. NEVER stay here unless you want rude service!!! They also allowed people to smoke at the front entrance where there are clearly no smoking signs. I had to keep my window open because the room was muggy from the pool and the air kept shutting off which meant smelling smoke all day long. So disappointed!!!

The hotel was in the process of being remodeled while we stayed there. There were quite a few issues. Internet down, elevators not working, power went out, pool shut down, and the exterior was completely torn apart. The only reason I gave three stars was because the staff was very polite and helpful.

The only good and ok part of this hotel was the mattress that's all. Because of there nasty breakfast my daughter was food poison with there nasty scramble eggs me and my family who traveled from Pennsylvania on our way to Michigan stay overnight in this hotel. My whole family had the runs and my daughter was the most affected the chairs at the breakfast are all broken wear out. I will never stay here again and will surely tell other ppl not too.

The staff was nice, the location was perfect and the room was fine. The bed was comfortable as well. However, you can hear everything that's going on in the hallways. I've never been in a hotel that I can hear the noise as if the people in the hallway were in my room. They Need to get thicker door and doors that have no large gaps in space at the bottom of them.
