I loved the staff there. Service was spectacular, even n the middle of the night. Management would go out of the way to insure comfort and quality in every way.

The staff is amazing and the rooms are very clean. They were courteous, professional, and really seemed to care that I had a pleasant stay.

Outstanding room, very spacious and clean. The staff was very attentive but not overly so. I would stay there again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The North Olmsted is convenient to major transportation hubs, including several interstates and the Cleveland airport. Though we only stayed for one night, the accommodations are very well equipped for people who need longer stays. The service was prompt and friendly, and the bed very comfortable. The rooms were well appointed and very quiet.

Amazing customer service, I accidentally booked the wrong day and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Great rooms, good location, highly recommended

I honestly can’t believe some of the reviews about this hotel. I looked at them before I stayed here so I’ll admit I was’nt expecting much when my Boyfried said he booked our stay here.

The Staff were AMAZING . Riley gave us some of the best food recommendations for the area.
Staia was the one who checked us in and throughout our stay whenever we saw her she maintained that pleasant demeanor.
Those two made our experience special.

The room was very spacious & clean. It did smell like smoke and we were offered to move but it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. The room did get sprayed with a freshener and the Odor was present the rest of our stay.

This isn’t a brand new fancy hotel with more accommodations than you can handle, BUT it’s Well maintained,CLEAN & AFFORDABLE.

You can clearly tell some of the past reviewers need to remove the Golden stick out of their a**

Keep up the good work CandleWood!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel. The elevator had a strange smell but the room itself was fine. The bed was more comfortable than expected and the AC worked well. This is an extended stay hotel so there is a kitchen as well as equipment you can borrow from the hotel.

Really clean, quiet hotel. Apparently it was sold out last night but we heard very little noise. It nice to have a fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was strong enough to stream Netflix without issues.

If you like to know what you're paying everynight then avoid this place. Stayed here 4 nights total and each night the price got higher. I think they already know your booked here so they can charge what they want. Tried to get them to explain to me their pricing system and they talked to me like I was a retard and should know the prices our based on how busy they are. The General Manager Dave even smirked about it and took 5 minutes to find my account to prove his point, but eventually couldn't find anything and just went back in his little office like he could care a less! The first night they put me in a room that was bigger then the other 3 nights, but when I was in the living room my skin felt weird on my legs like the room had bugs or something. I'm not much of a complainer so I just let if fly because I knew I was coming back and getting a new room.

The second night we stayed there we had another room and everything was okay until about 3 am when the person staying above kept walking around all night long and this happen into the third night. I suggest if you stay in this hotel that you request the top floor because the flooring or insulation in this place isn't the best. On positive note the service was pretty good until we had a issue and then we saw the true stripes of the people working here. The outdoor patio is very small and infested all day with large bees that hover around the bushes nearby. Bird poop everywhere too because they have nests in the patio ceiling and never clean it. The hotel doesn't offer a pool, breakfast, or coffee. I would rather pay the extra 15-20 bucks and have a hotel that truly cares and offers amenities. The hotel has a lot of positive reviews on here, but some negative ones too that resemble what I said. I think half of the good reviews must be family or friends writing in because their is no way this hotel should have 4.5 stars. I've stayed in 3.5 star hotels that we're better then this. Again the hotel has a great location and the rooms are good size. It's a shame the experience we had wasn't up to par because we come back to Cleveland 3 times a year and I would love to find a place I truly loved. I'm giving it 2 stars because not everything was negative and its location.

I have stayed at this Candlewood about 5 or 6 times since January and have not had a bad experience at all. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. For the prices, it's a great go to place to stay.

Had a really nice experience. Rooms were very clean, staff was kind and prompt. The location of this hotel is very convenient too. Located right by the mall and movie theater.

This hotel is much, much better than expected. The front desk girl was genuinely warm and helpful, and provided great tips for our visit when we asked. Our room was very nice (you can cook there) and also really clean. We will definitely stay there again when around Cleveland. A great deal for its price!

I have stayed at this Candlewood quite a number of times over the last few months for work. I have not had one negative experience.

The staff is amazing in every regard. They greet you when you walk in/out, always making sure to ask if you had any needs. I never have to wait to get my room, and the process is always incredibly quick.

The rooms are also quite nicer than one ever would have expected for the low prices. A couple of times, without asking, I have been upgraded (no charge) to the suite rooms on the corner, and they are even nicer. All of the rooms I have stayed in have been very clean, stocked, and neat.

On the subject of cleanliness, this is a pet friendly hotel, and being that, it is remarkable how clean everything is compared to a ton of other pet friendly hotels I have seen. I have brought my dog there with me a couple of times because I have no fear of any fleas or parasites at the Candlewood, unlike some other "pet friendly" hotels.

I honestly very rarely write any reviews, but this place has been such a positive experience that I felt compelled. I hope others enjoy their stays here as much as I have.
