They have been under renovations for a bit now but are very accommodating for the guests. They try to keep the noise to a minimum. Very impressed with them.

Newly remodeled rooms, beautiful. Some construction still going on in first floor but no real inconvenience. Love the huge shower with glass doors and we'll lighted vanity area.

Hotel is under renovation but the rooms are super nice, clean and even though there is renovation work being done the whole hotel smelled really nice. Seemed like a safe location and located close to the Rapid Transport. Friendly staff was a plus. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great room, great employees. From the outside it's a bit intimidating as it's under renovation l, but don't let that deter you. The room was beautiful and clean, my only complaint would be that on the three floors I checked there was no vending at the time, at least not where the signage pointed to.

Have stayed here many times. This time, though, it was under renovation but the "new" room was great! Staff was awesome. TIP: There is a rail station literally across the parking lot and the train goes into Cleveland. Saves you the hassle and cost of parking downtown!

We had an excellent stay at La Quinta Cleveland, although there was construction being done on the building we were accommodated well. We were early for check in but they had our room ready for us, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. The rooms were nice and one of the best hotel beds I've ever had. The location was right next to the airport and just about a 10 minute drive to downtown Cleveland which makes it convenient for everyone. Absolutely would stay here again.

The room was newly renovated. It was a great size and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and quiet. The hotel itself is under construction and my low rating is because the room was just as pricey as other area hotels even though there was limited parking, no lobby area, no fitness room, etc. There was significant construction noise and dust as we came in and out of the hotel, but it was not heard or noticed from the 3rd floor where our room was.

Don't be fooled by the outside. Its what's on the inside that counts. Newly renovated rooms, was a pleasant surprise. Staff very pleasant, shuttle to the airport new guy very friendly, breakfast staff very friendly. Truly enjoyed our stay. Owe and it's directly across from a RTA station for traveling downtown by train. Doesn't get any better. Good job all.

My room had been clearly smoked in, not only did it smell terrible i also found ash on the windowsill. Probably would never go back if i ever found myself in Cleveland again.

Excellent hotel for the money. Room was clean, WiFi fast enough to watch stuff on my Amazon firestick. Free breakfast, but mainly just cereals, pastries, bagels, etc. I had hoped for some bacon or sausage, but the only low-carb option was a boiled egg. Overall, I'd recommend.

The hotel was being renovated when I stayed here. the new look will be a nice upgrade. I did have one of the new rooms and was very happy with the accommodations. the hotel is not located in the best area but did not have any issues

I had a very nice stay here. I stayed one night on my way back to Michigan. The hotel was very clean and everything was really nice. The beds were comfortable too. The manager and staff were really nice as well. The price was great for the level of comfort and cleanliness.

Rooms were nice. The outlet next to my bed required some effort to plug my electronics into. The room also took a while to warm up with the heat on. Continental breakfast wasn't a full breakfast like at other locations however it was fast and convenient
