Rooms are bigger than at other La Quinta Inns that I have stayed at. So far the meat service that I have encountered has been wonderful and so has the hotel staff. Breakfast is fairly typical as other La Quinta Inns consisting of coffee, orange juice, Breakfast is fairly typical as other La Quinta Inn consisting of coffee, orange juice, waffles, bread, serial, boiled eggs, yogurt, and fruit.
Rooms are dated and not well kept. It is satisfactory for the price and location. Guests tend to be of the you get crowd and can be an issue at night. Needs are comfortable though and TV's are up to date.
This place did not meet my expectations. Other La Quintas first impressions were super.
1.Rooms face the parking lot. too noisy. noisy plus blaring car alarms. I like to access my room through the hallways.
2. Musty room smell. I requested the be sprayed with air freshener. The smell returned.
3. Layer of dust on furniture.
4. No fitness room, so sad.
5. Breakfast was packaged foods. Waffles and muffins. Nice to have scrambled eggs & sausages and fresh waffle station.
6. Outside floors and parking lot filithy. Recommend power washing.
7. I stayed in non-smoking room. Didn't stop smokers from smoking outside my room
8. Staff personal: lacked public relations skills.
😢
DON'T GO THERE. THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND MOLD IN THE PICTURES AND THE. CEILINGS AND WALLS STAFF IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL
Clean and very comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. A little crowded at breakfast - go early.
My initial impression based on checking in was the hotel is smaller than the ones I have visited in the past (Disney hotels mostly). The directory was not too clear because we were in the middle of finding our room (232) and the floor ended right before our number. We had to go back downstairs and around. The place smelled like cigarettes and wet towels. Whenentered the room, it had a strong odor of wet towel. The restroom was very small and crammed and had the wet towel smell but even stronger. The hotel does not carry any drinking fountain or water (based on the front desk lady I asked who seemed annoyed of me already asking questions). Free breakfast was cheaply made (microwave waffles, packaged boiled eggs, toast, packaged muffins). Not the best experience but still grateful to have stayed overnight.
Nice rooms in a nice location. Nearby several restaurants and fast food places. Can have your choice of a room with or without a refrigerator and microwave.
Initially I had a very pleasant stay. I am here for my company and have experienced nothing but kindness and joking around with the staff. That stopped with a woman named Carmen. What a rude person. Given her attitude: she hates her job and life and would like to make sure those around her are aware of that fact.
She made fun of me WHILE trying to accuse me of imitating her. Note to homophobes: if you're going to be a jerk, don't accuse someone of imitating you, when that's how they express themselves and then, after that: >>make fun of them for being that way
Place is a pig sty with no security. Homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Cleaning people didn't leave roll of toilet paper, and when I called front desk for assistance they told me to come to lobby to get a roll. I said I am a paying customer and they should bring the toilet paper to our room. She replies "we are not a full service hotel and to come to lobby to get a roll". This is the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed at and give it the lowest rating, and highly recommend you stay somewhere else. Motel 6 has a leg up on this La Quinta
Floor was stained and dirty. Bed sheets felt slightly damp, almost like they weren't given enough time to dry in the laundry. Couldn't find a do not disturb sign anywhere. On the upside, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Ultimately, I would consider this a 2 star hotel, not the usual 3 star I've come to expect from La Quinta.
This is a rat bag hotel with some rude staff members. I've unfortunately stayed here many times through my company and had many problems with the rooms. The front desk clerk Yolanda has been particularly consistently rude to me. I don't know why. You'll be lucky to get a room without something wrong with it. I would avoid this place unless you don't mind roaches, poor customer service, and dirty runned down rooms. Choose another hotel, this one sucks.
Disclaimer: My opinion was formed by only viewing the property, not from going inside the hotel. I was in the neighborhood and needed to pullover to use my phone. Once I drove onto the property, I immediately wondered if it was safe. The vibe was a bit too seedy for my liking. From the empty parking lot, the hotel didn't seem to have that many customers (except for in the back of the building which is an indication of illegal activity IMHO). The exterior of the hotel appears to be a little run down and unattractive. It felt more like a motel, rather than a hotel. Again, this is solely based on appearances.
Rooms were dirty. Found bed bugs in our bed. More people seem to be living here than spending the night. Many guest had dogs in there rooms. Third floor constantly smelled like Marijuana. No matter the time. Day or night. Trash cans on exterior of motel , overflowing with piles of garbage. On the plus side it was one of the most affordable motels in the area. The beds are soft and comfortable.
