Very clean and great staff. Got in late and needed one room on the first floor. The guy who checked is in was real good about getting us rooms close together

The management was friendly and understanding and worked with us as far as waiting for payment hotel was clean and vending machine stocked. Complimentary breakfast was very good and offered a lot of variety. Overall the atmosphere was friendly and iviting. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them to family and friends in the future.

My parents always stay at this hotel every time. They feel at home. Compliments of a little frig for those evenings of eating out. Fresh linens & towels, free continental breakfast, and easy access to the freeway to visit the City of Phoenix.

So far nothing seems out of place. The staff that helped me check in was nice. Don't mind the pillows I was checking for bed bugs and it seems to be bed bug free. Only problem I had was that my room wasnt ready when I got here and I reserved a room in advance

We have stayed before and we are likely to stay again because we have friends we visit often in the area.. it's good for the money you spend on the room. Our last room faced the pool area on a Sunday morning and we couldn't get a wink of sleep after 7am but next time we know to request a room on the outside of the buildings..

We stayed at this property 9/8-9-12. It's a wonderful hotel with the most pleasant staff and very accommodating! The rooms were great, nice and cool with the hot Arizona heat! The breakfast was delicious. We couldn't be happier with our stay. The pool looked fabulous, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. I can't say enough about the property, everything was just wonderful!

Great stay for a good price!
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is a bit older but very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfy and the room very spacious. The location was greatnear everything. A delicious breakfast was a bonus! Great value!response / report this review -

Room was smoke free but smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Price was cheap. In a good location to where we made plans. Friendly staff. Just not as clean as I would like. Blood stain on the sheets was a little creepy. No towels were available at night so couldn't shower or swim. Still would come again because of location and price though. You get what you pay for, but it's better than most.

The room was well maintained and easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay if your needing a place to lay your head after running around seeing the sights.

DON'T STAY HERE!! The room was ok.
What pissed me off was they were double and triple charging us every night. Then when bank caught on they tried to hide it. We were in a bad spot when we stayed there and only got more of a head ache from them with this. They're dishonest DON'T STAY HERE!! My room was actually pretty relaxing it was really nice the sheets and blankets and pillows were comfortable and I liked how they had a little portable coffee maker in the room with complimentary coffee packets it was nice. Plus there was no one being extremely loud at all or anything it was generally really quiet and the TV relaxed the whole atmosphere since I haven't watched TV in years. Yes this place was really nice and all but I do got 1 thing I want to make a suggestion on. If you could please look into getting food trays so anyone can took food to their rooms(not everyone wants to eat publicly around others) but thank you guys so much :)

When we arrived at the hotel they told us our room was extremely dirty and wouldn't be ready for a while. We had to wait 5 hours to get into our room when the everyone else we were traveling with could check in just fine. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly but I would pick somewhere else to stay next time.

Courteous and helpful staff. Room was quiet even though hotel was completely full. Would have been nice if outlets were more accessible so as to make it easier to charge our electronic devices. Also fridge worked very well.
