Staff was very rude to me and my fiance for absolutely no reason. They were extremely nice to the people before us, room was nice but had some strange stains. Will not go back next time we're in Atlanta.

Excellent service, reasonable price, only a short walk from the nearest MARTA train station. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent.

The price for accommodation compared to the quality is very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The first time I stayed the staff was excellent, very pleasant. However, on the second visit the front desk staff were not so pleasant, one in particular was quite rude. Other than that it was a good visit.

This hotel is a nice and clean hotel. They great customer service, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent, and the hotel is actually in a good location. I would recommend this hotel, as matter of fact, I would use it again if I come back this way.

A little dated, Customer service is spot on for the most part. Their "Area" booklet is lacking compared to come of the other hotels in the area, and the digital assistant was a little unnerving and perhaps not well tested; an SMS reply with a link to a full spreadsheet style PDF to restaurants on a cellphone is not the best experience.

The TVs in the rooms have had their HDMI ports removed/blocked off, and the TVs give a warning about not being in "HD Mode" when trying to watch. So if you want to watch content off your laptop, you'll need a VGA and an AUX.

Room was comfortable and clean, if not small for the sizes of the beds. Desk chair did not match the desk, so as a work surface it was nearly unusable. No apparent Ethernet connection available within the room, a shared wireless AP being the only internet provided.

Business center was one custom built PC, that has not seen a software update in a good long while, (A few websites complained about the version of chrome, and its add-ins).

Overall, a decent place to stay that is slightly cheaper than the hotel across the street.

How does an operation that is suppose to be in the 21st century turn away a 22 year old girl with a confirmed reservation that is prepaid? Spoke to the GM/owner myself and he was no help. Maybe Amex and IHG can help me out. Turn me away but don't mess with my daughter.

Organized, Well informed, Staff was courteous. Excellent clean modern hotel! Giving the hotel many praises. Only one problemin the parking lot on the backa Big UHaul truck parked next to me and I could barely get in my car. I started to complain but didn't! 😀

The ladies working the front desk when I arrived were friendly and helpful and provided a couple of water bottles when I checked in. The decor, walls, and carpet were a little dated, but just an observation, didn't take away from my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near to everything I required during my stay here. The room itself was amazing. Again, a little dated, but the size and what was contained within it more then made up for that. There was a large tub and bathroom, a desk, a table, couch, large and comfortable bed, kitchenette, and a large TV. Very impressed with the room.

The hotel is very very dated. I didnt enjoy the stay because everything is so old. The furniture does not match there was paint on the bathroom door. The pool is very small and not very comfortable for guests. The customer service is GOOD! The breakfast is GOOD too! But if you're looking for something modern or eye-appealing, this is NOT the place.

We came to Atlanta for spring break to visit some attractions and decided to stay at the Holiday Inn. When we arrived the pool was closed because no one wanted to clean it up. One of the elevators was out of order which was fixed 2 days later, no big deal. Drinking fountains didn't work. I asked if the pool would be available and was told that it would and two days later it was still in the same condition. So if you're looking to stay in Atlanta pay the the extra money and avoid this place !!

The staff were incredible! I was needing a place to stay close to the children's hospital while my grandson was hospitalized. The gave me a late check out on the day of his release. Breakfast was so delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. Kudos to the staff!!

Fantastic service and management staff!! It's a beautiful property with wonderful rooms. Breakfast was great and business center definitely came in handy. I hope to stay here again if I return to Atlanta.

Nice and calm hotel in the business district to the north of Atlanta.
Big and clean rooms. Good breakfasts. The staff is very kind. Shuttle driver is awesome!
