Purchased the Hypo Pure Fix. Ordering was easy. Bike arrived and I assembled it myself using online instructions. I decided upon riding fix gear as opposed to freewheel as I love the connection to the road. Easy to do, just flip the tire. Design is great, bike provides stability for urban roads, and it's fun to ride a fixed gear bike. Bike is easy to maintain yourself. Just a few tools and grease. All can be ordered from Pure Fix. Great bike for the money.

Had a great time talking to one of the staff here (anthony). He was very knowledgeable and took the time to hear me out and help me find a bike that would suite my needs. Cool place, nice dog, no A/C, and nice bikes. I was even allowed to take one for a trial spin which made the visit especially fun and helpful.

Nice shop with an expanded selection of bikes. People might think of Pure as single speed only but their road bikes are beauties and fun to ride! Well built, I've had no reason to return to the shop except for a regular a tune up.

The shop is a little hard to find as the front is obscured behind a larger building. Just know that the shop is in the back located within the warehouse. All of their bike models are available to look over. They have a small selection of nice bike essentials: bags, lights, bells, locks, etc.

The online service is probably easy enough but I would recommend going to the showroom to meet some of the guys there and admire the bikes!

Just few days ago i was passing by this place and i do not regret that I spent some time to check out their bike selection. People who work there are great. They answered my every silly question and let me try out each and every bike. I found what I was looking for and i am very pleased with my purchase!

I've been to at least 5 rei locations in the last couple of months. All experiences have been great except for this location. The person at the register looked like he didn't want to be there. I had to walk by and ask him if he was open. Fyi, I was the only one in line. I brought in my own bag. The guy made me bag it myself. Everyone else in the store were helpful and very kind. Just takes one person to ruin your experience. Cashier #134534. Trans#1749 Store#83 register#3.

Fantastic bike for the money. Quality components, nice geometry, and extremely smooth riding bike, even considering the Thickslicks ride a little hard at 95psi. As a bigger guy right at 6' with 32" inseam, I was in between frame sizes, but the 58 is fine.

The package came via UPS, and was not treated nicely. My suggestion to Pure would be to insulate the front fork and seat stem a little better -- I had to bust out a hammer and brass punch to "adjust" so the the front wheel hub and seat post would actually install.

Best customer service! They listen to the customer and try their hardest to make you feel at ease when choose a bicycle. They have an eclectic line of accessories as well. Nothing but positivity towards this shop. It's amazing!

Great products and even greater people! This is my third bike purchased from Pure Fix / Pure Cycles and the experience working with them could bot be better.

I have now had bikes shipped to New York City and LA and no matter the location, the customer service and delivery has been seamless. I have referred multiple friends, some that picked up directly from the store, and all have been blown away by the service and product they receive.

I would strongly recommend Pure Cycles to anyone that is in the market for a new bike.

I love my new bike and get stopped all the time with compliments. It is not only a great quality product, but it is so sleek and eye catching - so many cool color options to choose from.
