Absolutely love the products. However, both of my experiences in the Louisville, KY store have been terrible. The manager of this store really needs to step it up. I felt like I was not allowed to use my coupons and I wasn't allowed to get the free gift offer after all. I drove a ways to go to the Valentines event. The manager is not friendly and every little thing I did as a customer was so closely monitored that I felt awkward. I have spent around 320.00 and I am a return customer. Also, my family is starting to use the products for eczema. Rarely, if never, do I write a complaint, but this environment was horrible and I almost returned everything I purchased yesterday.
