  Don Thurman,the jeweler, was excellent. He spent much time explaining prices and styles. I will always go there with jewelry repairs and purchases. Highly reccomend this store!

  The service I received was phenomenal. I brought my necklace in to be repaired and they found another loose link that I had no idea was an issue. Dropped my item off around lunch time and went back to work. Received a text about an hour or so after dropping it off stating my item had been repaired. Very professional and helpful experience.

  Get a price before you have your watch serviced. They charged almost $100 to replace the batteries in two Tag watches.

  These crooks wanted $75 to replace a battery in my Movado watch. $75!!! For a watch battery!
  
  I scoffed at their ridiculous rate and left. Went home and did a quick google search and found an illustration on how to use a very common small screwdriver to remove the back of the casing. Then I bought a 4 pack of Energizer watch batteries on Amazon for, are you ready for this? $6.99!!!!
  
  This is America and they have the freedom to charge what they want. I also have the freedom to call them out on it and warn others. Ripoff!!!

  Walked during my lunch break to ask if the would repair a broken bracelet I bought my wife for Christmas. Had I'd fixed in less in 15 minutes. Awesome place.
