  The saleswomen never left their desk and shouted questions and comments at me from across the store. It was very rude and odd and it made me uncomfortable. One of the saleswomen appeared to be helping another family at the desk but the other was alone. I'm not sure if this "shouting from across the showroom" thing is a deliberate sales tactic but it certainly did not work on me. I took my $1,000 to Sleep Outfitters down the street instead!

  Just recently purchased a mattress for myself and for my younger brother! The salesman couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming and I never felt pressured into anything or rushed. My brother even said once we left, "Wow! That guy was so nice! If I'm still living in Louisville when I'm in the market for a mattress down the line, I'm definitely buying it from them!" Another bonus: The black friday sales were great and their financing options are unparalleled!

  Awesome service! Nathan was so easy to work with. He explained everything and was very patient with us when we asked questions. We were in and out in a matter of an 1/2 hour. My kids picked out new mattresses and we ordered a new bed frame.

  Mattress Firm does it the right way. The salesman, Nathan Burrow, makes you feel at home the moment you enter the store. He is very professional in explaining all the options available. Nathan walked me through all the choices and worked with me to get the best deal possible. Great store and great employees.

  I had already done most of my research so I was prepared. Instead of letting my second bedroom turn into a storage room, I decided to convert my current bed into a guest bed and treat myself to an upgrade to a king! Nathan was incredibly helpful and didn't try to force me into a more expensive option. There are several stores in the area to choose from, but this store had a lot of great reviews so I didn't mind going a little out of my way for good customer service!

  Matt Allan was one of the best salesman I've ever encountered. We just drove from Denver to Louisville and he was extremely helpful and kind to our situation. He was patient and extremely helpful. Quite honestly he made our move here so much easier. A bed is one of the most important parts of a home and he made it easier for us to choose the mattress that met our needs and was in our price range. He was knowledgeable, patient, nice, and worked with us on everything including price. Overall I'm beyond happy and satisfied.
