If you're a Truck Driver making a Delivery, take Xt 271 (Center St) go West. Just past 1500 & RR Tracks there is a Dirt Driveway, Turn Right there. Follow to docks. Hours : 7am-3pm

They say you can tell more about someone by how they react when they screw up. I'd say that's the case with LKL. I ordered drywall on Monday, was asked when I wanted it delivered, I said Thursday. No problem. On Wednesday I called to find out about what time I should expect them. I was told they would be coming out on Monday. I took off work so I could be there during the delivery, so I really wasn't OK with the delay, and the fact that I had to call them myself to find out they weren't planning on coming when they said they would. I know this is pretty common in the construction business, but it shouldn't be, and I think it's a differentiator for a good business. I insisted they come on Thursday and they said they would. I left the phone call not feeling very confident they would actually follow through. Then on Thursday at 3:00 PM, they knocked on my door. I didn't get the names of the 3 guys who delivered the drywall, but they were great guys. They made sure to put everything where I wanted it, and worked hard and fast. I have a lot of respect for those guys. They were hauling 5/8" sheets 2 at a time, by themselves. I was seriously impressed. Then, I noticed the truck was still out in the street a while after they were done, and when I looked, there was a guy out there servicing the hydraulics. Hydraulic fluid was running all down the truck and onto the street. I didn't think much of it, and just asked if they were having trouble with their truck. They replied that they were fixing it and would clean up the hydraulic fluid. That's when I thought, "Oh yeah, I don't really want that mess in front of my house." I checked on it later and they had put down some of that stuff they use to clean up vomit in gradeschools, the absorbent stuff. They had swept it up, and although there are spots where I can see there was hydraulic fluid there, there are no puddles or grime. I'm fine with it, and I feel like it will probably just go away in time.

Brett, Raul, and Caesar got 13 footers down an impossible obstacle course of a stairway without any damage. I was fully prepared to have to fix a wall, and I didn't have to. Thanks for quickly delivering all the material we need, and having guys who are trustworthy.

I love working with everyone at LKL. They beat Home Depot and Lowe's on drywall, stucco, and so much more. Their front counter support are super knowledgeable and helpful. And best, they deliver it exactly where I want it in my basement. Or I could have had them delver to my curb but for me, I do not want to carry drywall where I want it so I have them put it where it is going to be used. And even if I decided to pick it up, they will load it in my vehicle. Thanks so much LKL!
