I like to go here for reloading supplies. They have a large selection at a very reasonable price. I also like all the hunting and fishing gear.

Called Sportsman in Provo to ask about gift cards; the girl that answered said she had no idea if i could purchase a gift card for Sportsman somewhere else; i asked her to ask someone else - very unprofessional; she came back and said nope only at Sportsman - i said thanks and she said ya customer service at your best!

Their website is not accurate. What says "In Stock" for this location online, could very well be Out of Stock in the store. I mentioned this inaccuracy to sportsman's warehouse support email.

Good place to buy gear from hunting all the way to fishing and camping also they got appearal and all goodies you need to do all these fun outdoor things

Everything was perfectly placed, I knew exactly where everything was. When I called and ahead of time to see if they were in stock they picked up almost instantly, and went to the back to check to see if they were in stock for me. I found everything I was looking for, and the customer service was impeccable. Very professional atmosphere, and I will shop here again.

Great selection across a wide range of products. Not always the best price for a particular item, but usually within 20%. Definitely a better option than your typical big box store.

Whatever you need for outdoors activities, you have it here. From Diving gear, to hunting, to camping, to fishing, you name it. Great pricing on footwear, even for running, hiking or swimming at the lake. Emergency bags, generators, kayaks. Helpful support for whatever you're looking for.

They have a decent selection of flies and other fishing gear. The fishing reports as you walk in are a big help, and the staff seem decently knowledgeable about local lakes and rivers. They could have more sales and clearance, but overall a good store.

The store seems pretty cool and they have a lot of cool things. The customer service, on the other hand, could be a lot better. I went in to buy a painting for my fathers birthday and I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes until someone showed up. Then when I went to show my Oregon ID to get rid of the sales tax, the lady said that it's not possible to take off the sales tax. It is possible. I've gone to 10+ stores that have done it for me, she just clearly didn't know what she was doing. That's not the part that upset me the most though. I had swiped my card and on the screen it prompted me to say accept or decline. When I asked her to do it and she declined she said it's too late anyway because the card had gone through. I said no it hasn't and then she reached over and hit accept for me and said that it has now. I couldn't believe that she did that. I'm not upset over the $12 of sales tax that I had to pay, I'm upset at the disrespect and lack of customer service she provided.

Great prices. Great selection of products. I buy a lot of my reloading supplies here. But if you shop here, make sure you have lots of time. Don't expect any workers to help you find anything. I just spent a half hour looking for something and another half hour waiting for the associate that works in that area. Had him paged twice and never showed.

Bad customer service. Came in to fill a reel, looked around the area for an associate only to find one talking to someone about his wife's Medicaid. I waited about five minutes, by which point two more customers had piled up waiting for help, and asked him if he could help with our reels. He said yeah just give me a couple minutes and went right back to talking. Five or ten minutes went by before he decided to meander on back, only to take ten more minutes to fill a single 1000 size shimano. I get that being an outdoors store means you get regular customers who come in and talk, I worked at an outdoors store. This was ridiculous and stupid though, if you're the only one "working", you should be working. When there are more people on the floor to assist customers take some time to chat, if not, do what you are paid to.

Horrible customer service every time we go in there. Each time we've gone in it's hard to find anyone to help us. We have to track them down to ask for help. Today we walked in to buy a shotgun. Hardly any customers in the store for a Saturday morning. One person was at the gun counter looking at hand guns and was being helped by an employee. Off to the side were 2 more employees who were talking with each other. Several times we exchanged glances. Not once did they come over to ask if they could help us out. The employee helping the one customer didn't acknowledge us either or ask anyone to come help us. There were 3 of us standing there, it's hard not to see us. I won't be back. We were ready to purchase a gun, but we'll happily go somewhere else where they'll be happy to have our patronage.
