Last time I was here, the staff acted really rude and unprofessional to me and other customers. One female staff member (I think she's in management) flat-out ignored me and when I repeated my question (assuming she was hard of hearing), she got mad at me for bothering her while she was on lunch! Apparently she was working during lunch, but somehow helping me during lunch was unacceptable. She was upset because how *dare* I not take her ignoring me as a hint that she didn't want to be bothered!

I've never been treated that poorly by an employee before. I will probably never return to this location.

The staff is very helpful and seems to somehow know where items are located. This is surprising given the messy presentation you get in the store. However, they have a good selection and good prices, so I keep going back.

I felt a bit singled out due to the fact that I wasn't exactly dressed how others where in the store because I just got off work but it definitely made me feel uncomfortable because I was followed through out the entire store and I was just treated snobishly, so I was very dissatisfied with my experience and I will be taken my business else where for now on.

The store and selection is fine, but every time I come here I wait in the check-out line FOREVER. The cashiers are chatty with each other and slow, and frankly the wait makes me want to shop elsewhere.

Good prices. Clean store sometimes older items that are no longer in style but the prices are fair for them

It can sometimes feel like they just survived a riot. The staff is amazing at cleaning up after the customers. I wish customers would be a little more considerate instead of just throwing things around.

Love the selection here. Sometimes it's hit or miss with sales. It can be very expensive but they carry high quality brands and the materials always wear well.

Big assortment of shoes. Found some great Magnanni dress shoes. I love that there's always secret finds here. You really don't know what little treasures you'll find here and the savings are awesome. The employees are so helpful and nice, very courteous and will really help me out when I need it.
