  Went in today planning on buying a few pairs of shoes for Christmas. First impression, the store is beautiful (which is why they even get 1 star, id give 0 stars if I could).
  
  One employee is standing at the front with a clipboard, not even one word is said to me. Assuming she's busy, I start looking at the boots and still nothing is said. Not a greeting, not a "hey I'll be with you in a moment", nothing. Another employee walks out of the back room and she, too, doesn't say anything to me even though I made eye contact with her, and starts talking to the first employee in a different language. At that point I'm pissed.
  
  I'm a current retail manager for another company, and I could not BELIEVE how horrible these two girls customer service is. I will never return to ANY forever young shoes (I've had awful experiences at the South Town location as well), and I will be telling everyone to avoid this company. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

  Their shoes are so cheaply madeI could order heels from China for $10 and they are the same. I custom paint heels so I have good attention to detail. I'm just sad because this was my go to.after visiting their want to Aldo new store, I'm sorry to say I won't be shopping there anymore. The shoes don't fit a human foot properly, they were all very uncomfortable. Go to Charlotte Rosse and pay the same. You'll get much better quality.
