I came in to get my screen repaired on a Samsung S7 Edge. And although they fixed my screen, after a 2 hour wait, I got it back with a ruined coil in the ear piece making my sound in the ear piece distorted, as well as my battery not holding a charge and dying even at 80%. After calling time and time again, over a 2 week period, and being told they would fix these problems, and only to be given a run around about the parts not being in yet, or getting lost.. I couldn't stand it anymore. So I went to Cellairis, inside Orem Wal-Mart, and told him my problems. He opened my phone up while I was right there and showed me they put in a different battery than what was in my phone. Either Tricked Out Accessories ruined my battery when fixing the screen or stole it. Either way, unacceptable and probably illegal, especially not to let me know. So I now have paid for a new battery and Cellairis replaced that coil in the ear piece for free, and now my phone is in working order. I will be demanding a full refund and leaving this review. Don't go to them, AT ALL!

My IPhone 6's charge port had completely stopped working. I tried everything I could on my own (cleaning it out with gently with a paperclip and then trying an air compressor) but nothing worked, I assumed my charge port was damaged. I took it into the store, prepared to pay the $40 fee to fix it. Derek- the super awesome fella working the booth- used some special tweezers and removed huge amounts of lint that had been caked into the port over the years and, WA-LAH! It was working again! The best part? He did it for free! Thanks Derek! You're awesome :D

Don't waste your money here. I didn't catch the girls name but she was rude and pretty clueless. They charged me twice and it was an ordeal to get them to reimburse the overcharged money. But your stuff online, seriously.

Love this store every time I have gone in there the staff is extremely friendly and they take me to the sections of the store I need and lay out all the options I can choose from on the counter and let me try them on my phone. I have bought all my screen protectors from the one they call Collen. By far the best guy I know. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and they all have good things to tell me when they go in there. Never disappointed!

Super friendly guys. I destroyed my screen after dropping it in the parking lot, and these guys were able to revive it in less than an hour. They patiently answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything before I left. The redhead was a great repair guy, and all of the staff was super nice. Will definitely be back if my phone ever breaks again!

This place saved my phones life, I broke my Samsung 6s and they made me a priority, they fixed it in under an hour while I shopped around. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel good, my phone as acted perfectly since they fixed it. Very pleased, definitely going back.

This store was super helpful. I broke my iPhone 6 and they had it done in under an hour and made the screen look perfect. They also discounted me a case and tempered glass. Would recommend to EVERYONE! For sure going back!

I bought what seemed to be a really nice case for $30. Just over a month later the dye is coming out of the cheap plastic in multiple places. Leaving the blue case covered in white splotches, which by the way, has cracked in 3 different places. Nope never dropped it. Anytime you try to take off the case it cracks. I also bought an accessory for $11 but found the same one on amazon later for $4.
