HRC connected my electrical backup generator to my natural gas supply. It was not a straightforward task but it was done very professionally in a very short time at a reasonable cost. I'm going to have them do all my work from now on.

They were the only company that could fit me in on the same day I called. BUTThen they wanted to have me turn off the AC to thaw out the system so they could come back the next day to diagnose the problem and they'd CHARGE ME FOR A 2ND SERVICE CALL FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. Turns out they could have simply turned on the furnace for a few minutes to thaw out the system. I found somebody else who came just minutes after they left and took care of it without having to come back and double charge me. He also found the leak based on the oil leakage (the cap was missing the O-ring) without needing to charge hundreds of dollars and extra visits to put dye and freon in the system to find the leak. If you want to pay twice for one single problem or have somebody come who is not competent to fix your AC, call these guys. They'll be happy to help! Later the owner called me and claimed that it was fair to charge me twice because they weren't the ones who froze up my system. Hopefully you have better luck than I had if you go with them, but I was the opposite of impressed.

I am extremely impressed with this company. I got bids from several companies to install AC in my home and they were the most professional and the lowest price. They answered all of my questions, kept my home clean as they worked, were courteous, kind, and respectful. They went over and above by helping fix a broken air vent, and tuning up our furnace at no charge. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my heating and AC needs in the future.

I have used HRC for both my residential and commercial property, I have always been impressed with the great friendly service they provide. Their estimates are timely and accurate. What I like the most is that they inform you of what should be done right away and what could need attention down the road. I will continue to use their service for many years to come.

My neighbors used these guys for whatever problem they had going on and the technician parked in my reserved parking stall. Had to call their office to get him to move and he did so ever so slowly. (There is clearly marked visitor parking available all over this neighborhood). Few minutes later I heard a noise at my front door and the technician is just helping himself to my water hose faucet.when I asked him what is going on? he simply replies, "that's okay right?"
Can say with certainty that I will never use this company nor recommend them.

GREAT SERVICE!
I am a landlord who now lives out of state and have used Paul and HRC for my rental property. He is very accesible and answers calls and texts very quickly. He somehow always has time to get to me quickly which is refreshing in the service industry, especially for someone who must be busy with all the happy customers.
