Very nasty service. Over priced and the workers who clean your car apparently beg for tips cause that's "all they make". I wouldn't recommend this place. There are so many more better ones out there

i brought my brand new (2 weeks old) black ford escape to the car wash and paid for the ultra. After it was finished, i noticed swirled scratches on the hood, water marks on the hood, my windows and mirrors were filthy and so was the front of the car including the grill. I would never recommend this car wash. They just want to take your money.

This place is a scam. Paid $26 for a "Super Wash" and they didn't even touch my mats. I called to complain and the lady already had a canned response (wanting an extra $2 per mat), they must do this to everyone. Do not go here, a complete waste of money. My cars interior is still filthy and the exterior is nothing special.

Came here and was disappointed. The inside of the wheel wells were not cleaned and still had dirt and salt all over. The rims still had break dust all over them and the body molding still had dirt all over it. The car had streaks of water all over it. This wash was rushed at best and I had to finish the job at home. You're better off just washing the car yourself and saving the money.

My girlfriend had a bad experience there today. They insisted she cut the line and treated her unfairly. Go to YELP to see further details, but after how they treated her (I happen to hear it all when I was on the phone with her), I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Worst experience ever. First and last time, never again. I guess I forgot that I'm in NY. Everything is about ripping off the people. I'm not cheap, I chose the most expensive service that they have. I think that those guys, especially the owner has to go to other car washes to educate himself what car wash should be like , and what the result should be after a car is WASHED !!!! . I could wash the car for 20 $$$ outside only, NOT 40 $$$ !!! Not to mention that all other services are EXTRA !!! Why I pay 40 $$$ to leave with the car little more than half washed ?
I wish I can post pictures of how the car was washed.
But again .. this is ONLY !!!!! in NY.

Surnell is awesome, you have to ask for him, he jag great attention to detail when it comes to him working with your car once it comes out.. when he's finished you'd think it was professionally detailed..
