I would highly recommend this place! It definitely lived up to our expectations! Lauren was an amazing server! Super accommodating, friendly, and attentive! Not to mention the spectacular food was to die for! Best burger joint in Chicago!

What can I say about this place that hasn't been said before? Are the burgers the best I ever had? YES! The thing is these are some of the most unique burgers I've ever had. But the best part is they are always cooked correctly. If you order a medium rare you can be assured it will be cooked that way. I can't tell you how disappointed I've been in a lot of burger places that have failed to deliver w correctly cooked burger.

Anyway on top of that they have an excellent selection of craft beer. It's one of the places I will always visit when coming to Chicago.

One burger is huge so expect to either take it home or split it with someone. However good luck agreeing on which one to get!

Really good burgers and craft beer. Always a crowd here so expect a wait and the constant heavy metal can be a bit much but it’s not that loud, just a constant in the background. There’s a diverse crowd and everyone is welcomed so don’t worry if you don’t have any tats or piercings.

This restaurant is more of a novelty for XL meals and unique setting than for "fine dining" type burgers. It is a great place to have a burger & beer to metal music. Optionally you can choose to only have beer at the bar. Burger meat is thick and juicy but the buns feel too heavy. I tried it once and am greatful for the experience but someone as small as me to pay average 14 for a burger I will only eat half of isn't worth the frequency.

Great burgers and, if your into metal, great music. Their beer list is always well updated and changes frequently with a few solid staples. They support local as hard as one can. The only downside is the wait. It's a smaller place and, for how popular they are, the wait can be well over an hour at dinner time. So, go early! If you have brunch around 10, hitting up Kuma's around 4 makes for a great day.

I wouldn't suggest bringing your conservative parents there for lunchbut OMG IS THE FOOD GOOD! The atmosphere is a little much for those not into heavy metal and tattoos, but they have the best burger I've ever had. The mac and cheese is out of this world and the beer list is huge. If you're not a fan of metalyou should consider carrying out because it's delicious!

The original Kuma's has always been my favorite burger place in Chicago, but sadly that is changing. The service was terrible. They barely checked on us every half hour. When our burgers we're cooked well done instead of medium rare, we told our waitress and they gave us a discount on one of them. I will not be returning to this location. Kuma's Too is much better these days.

I've eaten at this restaurant two or three times and I'm done. The food's all right but the whole experience is a pain and the service has never been great. The last time they refused to toast or grill the bun because they "don't do that." Huh?! It was like a cold out-of-the-fridge bun, so I finally convinced them to condescend to my request. Burger more well done than medium. Service slow and spotty. Walls, table and floor slick with grease. Rancid smell of said grease in the air. Just not worth it.

This my first time visiting Kuma's Corner and I must say that it was a nice experience. I loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place. I'm not really into heavy metal or rock and roll music, But it was a nice change of pace. The burger I had was called the Neurosis and it was delicious. The size of it was too much for me to even finish, The French fries were so fresh and deliciand which is rare nowadays for a restaurant. I will definitely be going back to try something different on the menu.

The burger concepts are unique and named after hard rock and heavy metal bands. Not what I call a family oriented restaurant as it's dark and the music is generally very loud. But you can't get a burger better then this anywhere in Chicago. It's flavorful and the toppings compliment each sandwich perfectly without taking away from the flavor of the meat. This is truly Chicago's best burger and I'm not afraid to say it.

By far my favorite burger place in Chicago. The burgers are large, tasty, and there is a large selection to choose from. My personal favorite is the Plague Bringer, and holy cow, it is awesome.

In addition to the awesome food, the ambience is great, especially if you live and love heavy metal like i do. I can't think of any other restaurant where i can sit and eat great food, enjoy a great drink, and bang my head to some death metal at the same time.

The wait can sometimes be very long, so my advice is to go for an early lunch and be there when they first open. If you like burgers, you don't want to miss out on the ones served here.

Top tier burgers, top tier beer. Love this place in every way. The people working the bar are fun as hell and love joking around if they have the time. Good parking near by as well.

They have a special gourmet burger every month that you need to check out before you go. December 2016 was American Nightmare. Cashew but butter, bacon date jam, cherry bourbon reduction, roasted pork belly, frizzled rosemary. Insanely delicious.
