Walk through the tea store and you'll rewarded with an intimate cafe in the back.
I come to Ku Cha House or Tea nearly every time I come to Pearl Street. The staff is very nice and they have a wonderful room to drink tea and visit in.
The tea house is located in the Pearl Street Mall. They seem to have a decent selection of teas and have a nice back area which might do with a bit of air conditioning. The three stars is for the bubble tea which was atrocious. They do not know how to make a decent bubble tea.
Soooo many different kinds of teas, I am in heaven when I go here! In house tea. Also, they sell cute teapot sets!
A year ago I would have given Kucha five stars before it moved locations. Since moving and growing a bit bigger it just seems that the quality of service and tea has gone down. I hate to write a bad review about a place but I'm hoping that the owners see this and maybe can make improvements. When we used to visit, the people that served us were so knowledgeable about the different types of tea and what temperature each tea was best steeped. The last four or five times we have gone our tea has been over steed in watrr too hot and is really harsh and tannic. We continued to go just hoping that maybe the days that we've gone on the lack of quality of the tea was a fluke, but it doesn't seem that way. It's a shame because this was our favorite place to go in Boulder. We're really hoping that maybe the newer staff behind the counter can be educated a bit more on the art of tea making in order to improve quality! Because we really did love this place!
Love this little tea shop! Great space in the back to sit and have your cup of tea :-)
Great customer service! They like Rick and Morty too. Chocolate mate is the best!
Great tea selections! I love those chinese tea leaves! Tea boiled with those leaves tastes much better than those tea bags!
I've been here several times, the most recent trip was two days ago. Great experience, relaxing atmosphere where I can take my time and look at everything/smell the teas without feeling rushed. There's a seating area in the back and you may drink from a large menu selection. My favorite tea is Kuki-cha. I visited the town while I was in Japan and fell in love with the tea back then. I don't know whether all their teas are organic, but the three I bought were. Fresh and delicious.
Great selection, knowledgeable staff, they let you browse without pushing you to buy something. Reasonable prices (usually better than teavana)
Was excited to try something new but didn't have the chance. Waited a very long time in the tea sitting area with no service. I was very disappointed in their customer service. Great idea would to have one person managed the sitting area.
This tea shop has a wonderful atmosphere and exceptional service, as well as a wide selection of teas you can buy by the pot, loose leaf, or in bags.
Amazing selection with reasonable prices and friendly service. A very comfortable space.
