Bob explained everything very well and seemed genuine with what he told me about the repairs he did and why they were done. Also, after getting our car back it started making a weird noise a day later (may or may not have been due to the work done on it, not sure), but they took it in and fixed the problem (very minor issue, a loose spark plug) free of charge in a very timely manner. They are definitely a great company and I highly recommend them.

This shop is wonderful! Ever since moving to Colorado I've struggled to find a mechanic that I can trust. Most recently I was horribly over, and incorrectly quoted for a completely unnecessary intake repair. It looked pretty sketchy but I didn't know enough to do it myself, I took it to Allegiance and they went through the other shops invoice, checked everything out, confirmed that most of the other quote was padding or incorrect, and got my car running great in time for a road trip. I am so thrilled to have found a shop I can trust, who updates you as the repairs take place, and are genuinely helpful when you have questions. Not only that but they have reasonable rates too. They'll be the only place I'll be going for car repairs in the future and have already recommended some friends to them.

These guys are great! I recommend going to Tilden over ANY other shop! They took every opportunity to ensure I was satisfied, kept informed, and inquired where they could do better. Don't waste your time anywhere else! I was returning to Boulder on a 1300 mile road trip over the holidays, and my truck broke down just as I was passing Denver. The whole situation seemed bleak. It was New Years eve, I had significant plans the next day, and I was stuck with very little options. I contacted Tilden and spoke with the manager Jim. He recommended a great towing company that really worked with me to get my truck to their shop in Boulder. Did I mention this was the afternoon of New Years eve?! Jim and two of the mechanics, Kelly and Marcin, worked through problem after problem to get my vehicle fixed that evening. It was not easy finding irregular parts given the timing. They were even willing to stay open later if need be, since the shop was going to be closed for the following few days over the holiday weekend. Throughout the entire experience, each staff member went out of their way at some point to make sure I was taken care of and kept informed of the progress. I have never experienced customer service on such an exceptional level before.
