dude you have to park like a mile away my reviews only reflects their terribl;e parking situation the staff was reallyy proffesional though
Generally it has everything we students need for school, and it's good to get books or supplies in a pinch. There's also free popcorn which is awesome! But generally everything there is too expensive and I would recommend getting school books and merchandise elsewhere if possible.
a little overpriced. big collection of clothes. not many books though
Love the Boulder campus. Went to school there, starting in 1967 (50 years ago). Walked over whole campus today with friends from back then. Even got a look at old freshman dorm rooms. Dynamic University with great vitality and reputation. Proud of my school!!!
Don't buy your electronics here. Unless they are defective, you can't return them.
Not to be mistaken for the Colorado Book Store.
CU Bookstore is owned by the University, obviously since it's inside the UMC, unlike the Colorado Book Store which is on The Hill.
Most of the store has been renovated a few years ago when they built the new add on in the UMC. They have probably the most CU memorabilia you can find in Boulder. So it's definitely a good place to go to find souvenirs for your family or just CU stuff for you room.
They also will have all the books you will need for class there because your professors send them all their books that they will require you to buy that year.
F.Y.I., don't try to steal anything there. I used to work there, and their security team is awesome there, they catch a few people a DAY stealing.
I thought this place was big until I went downstairs. Downstairs is downright cavernous.
Quality education? Doubtful. Rampant drug and alcohol abuse? Yes, indeed.
Definitely check online or at discount book stores before purchasing here. This place is great for a short notice textbook purchase, but the prices are always market.
Been ripping me off for the past 5 years at here. They'll sell you books where you can't buy anywhere else and charge an arm and leg for them. Classic A-holes.
Thank you Dr. Allen for resolving the diploma frame issue!
There's all kinds of CU gear, I've heard complaints about the staff but I've never had a problem with them. Strongly recommend buying books and stationery outside as they're really pricey.
Mean staff, They need to be more polite when people ask them for something. They need to listen before they talk.
Great college bookstore. Excellent selection of Buff wear, exceptionally efficient mechanism to get books at start of semester. It's a college bookstore folks - and a good one.
