Best time I’ve ever had getting my oil changed! They were super fast and professional and did extra check ups on my car! Danny rung me up, he was funny and made the whole experience really easy and let me use my coupon! Thanks Jiffy Lube Boulder!! Will definitely be returning!

The guys working here we're incredibly nice and helpful. We came in with a car body issue we needed fixed before we could make it home. This was not what their shop typically does but they were so understanding and helpful and were able to get us back on the road in minutes. Thank you so much!!

Just came in for a quick tire air refill and oil change but turns out the oil my dad has been putting in our car is cheaper than the one that's recommended, so they mentioned that to me and helped us out so we could get a blend of oil that still works but isn't as expensive. Really good customer service and really nice people. I had a nice convo about football with Chase and Jesse the manager was especially awesome with catering to my specific oil needs and budget! On top of that they refilled my tires quick and easily. This took less than an hour even though it was pretty busy. 5/5, 10/10, would recommend, great car service, great customer service, great deals and really nice people!

Amazing service! Jesse was incredibly helpful and let me know of all the great deals they had going on that would benefit me. He really went above and beyond to make my experience great. They really lived up to their name, I was in and out in 20 minutes with a great oil change and repaired windshield cracks! I will definitely be back the next time I need an oil change!

I’m on a road trip from Cali and stopped here while I was passing through Boulder for an oil change! Jessie James and Jim were both so helpful and sweet! Best Oil change experience I’ve had in general and at a jiffy lube. Everything was done quickly and efficiently too! You guys are awesome thank you!

Quick busy shop. They said they replace my tail light but they didn't. The manager cought it and fixed it before I left. You should always go online and find cupons.

Followed my daughter to this location today for an oil change on her vehicle. We pulled up a little after 10 am and 2 bays were 3 cars deep and a 3rd bay was closed do to the waiting area being remodeled. "Chi" met me and explained he was extremely short on help and that an oil change could take an hour. I said it was no problem as my daughter and I could run errands and be back later. He said he would call and update me on the progress and was very apologetic. He handled the lack of help situation with professionalism and manners. He was working hard around the service area to ensure customers received the highest quality of service in an unfortunate situation. We returned and by that time he had coordinated getting help from other stores to handle the demand. I would highly recommend this location and Chi for promotion.

Four different mechanics looked at my car during an oil change and the wrong type of screw was inserted into the oil pan. This stripped the oil pan and caused a leak, leading me to replace the oil pan completely. On top of that, food was stolen out of my car.

Went on a Friday at 8am as they recommended this time to get the fastest service without a wait time. This is the second attempt to get service at this location during morning business hours but unfortunately yet again, they weren't open or anyone at the business during listed business hours. Waited 30 minutes both times before driving away along with the 5 other vehicles waiting as well.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terribly incompetent staff. Almost no oil reading on dipstick after oil change here. Really glad this is what I can expect for a hundred dollars. Do not trust them at all even if they offered free oil service for life.

I had a really good experience here that made me feel the need to post a review. I was in a hurry, needed help with a simple headlight fix, and they attended me right away, were courteous and fast, and then because it was such a simple thing, just let me head out without paying. That is a kind deed that you just don't expect from a big chain, but that makes a difference. I really appreciate it!

I hate to be negative but my car started dripping oil right after my visit. Turns out, they never replaced my drip pan. The drip pan and bolts for my car cost $150, and, so far, they've been uncooperative in replacing the part they stole (or neglected to put back). Will never return and would not recommend.

I've had my oil changed here several times. They are very fast and I've always been able to find an online coupon which reduces the price considerably. However, they don't always perform the simple job of changing my truck's oil perfectly. Once the dipstick was not reinserted all the way leading to it getting covered in dirt and a concern that dirt and grit may have gotten into the engine. During the most recent service some oil was apparently spilled which eventually dribbled onto my garage floor a day later; during the same visit JL changed a wiper blade for which I was told the charge would be $12. However, when I paid my bill I was charged $12 for the part and $7 for installing it. Despite the high speed convenience of JL'S service, I'm not sure I'll go there again.

Transmission destroyed by incorrect drainage of oil. This was verified by two separate mechanics, and proven by their unwillingness to provide video tape footage. Don't go here unless you want you car destroyed.

Went to get snow tires put on, thinking they were the correct size. They found out that they were a size too small (no biggie) but the guy at the front told me that I must have had a "blonde moment" and went on to explain to me how tires worked, in a very rude way. excuse me? I had also gotten an oil change this same day, I paid and asked for my keys but they had misplaced them. They kept saying that they had given them back to me when they clearly hadn't. After 15 minutes of searching they found them in the garage on a clipboard that was for someone else's car.. They must have had a "blonde moment" Will never go here again.

Decent place, and they have very good customer service, but they need to work on cleanliness. Took my car there yesterday, when I got home I found oil dribbled on my hood and my door handles were all greasy because the tech that drove it out of the garage did not take his gloves off. I had to clean the interior and exterior which is annoying, and their attempts to clean my windows just smeared oil on them so they needed cleaning too. They'll change your oil, but they may also coat your vehicle in it so be aware.

Complete morons. They put summer windshield wiper fluid in my car in October. Now that it's 5 degrees out I have no wiper fluid in my car. Don't waste your money. Or if you do, be clear that they are to do NOTHING other than what you explicitly tell them to do, and check everything they do to make sure they didn't destroy your car with their incompetence.

Showed up for an oil change, they were under staffed. tried to sell me a service i didn't need or want. they didnt top off the other fluids like they said they did. A couple weeks after the oil change i started to smell burning oil, after further investigation i found the the oil filter was so lose i had to turn it 3 time to get it tight. it was leaking oil all over the underside of my jeep. could of burned up the engine do to lack of oil if i wasn't paying attention. don't go there and if you do check there work! It almost cost me my car.

This was our 3rd time at this location, always great customer service. Some people had rude looks, but the person who provided the customer service to us was great. I reminded them to make sure to top off our liquids because they forgot last time. On a budget, it's a great deal.
