Always have a lot of fun when I go here and they got the nicest cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. The only complaint I have is I have to walk around to find a poor person's blackjack table or wait on someone to get up. The staff is always very nice and helpful though.

Parking was easy. Gave us like $20 in free play our first visit. We chose the free play instead of the dining credit. Tons of slots. They were all pretty tight from what we played. Table games seemed empty. Reminded me more of the casino in Erie more than Cleveland. Has potential to be awesome but it's just kind of plain.

Buffet on a Friday (crab legs) was awesome. alcoholic beverage prices are outrageous. $8 for a 12oz beer I've been to many other casinos that bring you free drinks if your gambling

Great casino, similar to others. Every casino staff member I've ever encountered has always been nice and helpful. They're always smiling and very respectful to all of their guests. The bar in the middle of the casino is a really great spot to watch sports. Between Ohio State games and NFL we have been there for several sporting events and it's always a good time. The steak house "Final Cut" is a really fancy place. I have eaten there three different times. They have phenomenal food. The last experience with a company outing was a little less pleasant as they didn't seem prepared to help a group of 12 but the food and restaurant we're both great! All in all it's a good time visit the casino regardless of what you're looking to do!

It's fun make sure you bring extra money time flies. Play max bet on slots to win. Buffet very good however on pricey side on weekends. Take two restaurant good. I do wish they would bring back some of the slot machines they had when they opened. Grease, Michel Jackson, the hangover, sex and the city and Elvis. Those were the best ones wish had more like that.

It was ohkay in here. Lots of things going on which is normal I guess. Haven't been to the sit down restaurant in here but it looks pretty nice. The buffet isn't bad and the drinks are average. There's really nothing here that doesn't stand out from any casino I've been to back home in Chicago.

I have been going here for over four years. I like the parking because it is under roof and always a great place to park. The Food is outstanding. After all that it’s time to go and do some Gambling in the best of best. Tables are always hot and so are the Machines.I enjoy myself about 3 or 4 times a week.

Zero stars!!!! I have been to casinos all over​ the country and some outside the USA but today 10/20/17 was absolutely​ the worst casino experience I've ever had. Between standing in line 30 minutes to buy a drink and it taking 40 minutes to get out of the parking garage I doubt I will ever go back. Save your money and time. This place is bush league.

I have visited quite a number of casinos over the years. I believe Columbus has a real gem in Hollywood Casino. The atmosphere is electric, fun, and exciting. The dealers were very friendly and especially helpful to new patrons who may not understand how to play a particular game. One of the players at my table remarked that even if he lost that day, he had a wonderful time mainly because the dealer made the table fun. The restaurants were excellent, with great service. Fridays and Saturday nights had talented bands. And the place was clean as a whistle, especially the bathrooms. Love this place. Whenever travelling through Columbus, I'll stop there for sure!

It's a nice enough place, but nothing special. Drinks are okay and the food I've had from the buffet and Zen noodle has been pretty good. The slots are tight and don't hit that well, the table games are fun but usually crowded.

It is really nice and pretty inside , But we had Family Member's Come in town and no where close to stay . At one time was talk about a Hotel???? I know alot of people would like to see it and the city could make money.

I feel I either win quick or lose fast. I've dropped a couple hundred without a single slot bonus or free spin in less than an hour. This makes losing no fun. I get less in comps per week than scioto because they split Mon - Thurs then Fri - Sat. Would be nice if it was $x for the week. I'm not visiting multiple times a week. Food comps are good, I enjoy the Chinese place, OH and breakfast options at the diner.

Not bad. Drinks are good, slots don't seem to hit very well. Seems clean enough. Has a smoking area with limited slots outside under a canopy type thing. Nice people though.

We visited the casino last weekend and left as winners!! My husband won at blackjack, and we had a great time playing. The buffet was delicious and the main common area is smoke free♡ Lots of free parking and lots of excitement inside!!
