First time here and will be back.! Great food and very friendly staff!. My wife and I came here for Sunday brunch. She had the BBQ PORK BELLY WITH SPICY GRITS and I had the TIP TOP BREAKFAST SKILLET. They were both FANTASTIC!

Friends took husband and I here claiming everything was amazing. They were right! Super awesome place. I loved the decor, old playbills and theater props. We went on a Wednesday night and they were packed, but we never had to worry about refills server was ON IT. The potato beer cheese soup was delicious. I had the adult mac and cheese and my God that was friggin incredible. And they serve RC cola! Totally awesome place.

My girlfriend took me here because I said I wanted meatloaf. Good atmosphere. Love the ambiance and the decor. Food was amazing. It is real chill and you would expect mediocre food but it was phenomenal. Come here. Eat.

We were exploring Columbus for the day. We went to the brewery district expecting to find food for lunch there but there wasn't much. A guy walking down the street recommended Tip top and we were very satisfied! Very friendly wait staff and food came quick!

Had a good beer here with friends while we were waiting for the last person to show up. Looks pretty neat inside. Was enjoyable, and especially liked that we were able to sit at the bar as soon as we walked in, even though they were a bit busy and it was a Saturday afternoon. Would come again if I get the chance.

My wife and I visited Tip Top Kitchen on Sunday evening. The mood was relaxed and friendly. The food was good and the portions were generous. The prices were decent.

Rock-solid dive. Cozy booths, intimate bar, busy patio. Great prices on beers, fair for spirits. Food ranges from "eh" to "Great" but the variety and prices are killer. Absolutely jammed most weekends.
Bonus, full kitchen up until 2AM (okay, get your order in by 145)

Tip Top is one of my favorite spots in Columbus. It feels like such a dive as you walk in, but you soon realize it's cozy and it feels like home. The chicken salad sandwich is a favorite, but the pot roast is TO DIE FOR. (Also, get the sweet potato fries - the sauce that comes with it will change your life.)

Only rating the speed of service. Extremely slow turnaround during peak hours. Food is awesome but the waiting staff do not turn there table's quick. Avg time to wait during peak hours : 1-1.5 hrs before your seated.

The staff was great and the place was old school but very nice. The music was wonderful. The bathroom was terrible though. I won't go into details but I loved everything but the bathroom not being cleaned and having a fresh smell. But other than that. Very, very nice.

Good beer selection and affordable comfort foods in a lively downtown atmosphere. Frequented by a lot of the local culinary and service staff. Nice patio (but small) for evening cocktails. Popular with the post wedding crowds on weekends for after parties.

I really enjoyed this pub. I was traveling from out of town one vacation, visiting a friend and this bar literally waited in me hand and foot. I felt welcomed (yes, this is important to me as a triple minority traveling alone) and throughly enjoyed my meal of pot roast and sweet potatoes fries. I was there for the booze but the pot roast was really delicious!

The happy hour was until 6pm that day and I arrived around 4:30pm to kill time until my guest got off work at 6:30. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience to the establishment for being a party of 1 in a booth. This was very impressive. I had 3 beers, 3 shots and a mixed tequila sunrise. The prices were very reasonable and I was so surprised that I asked he add on an additional shot once I got the bill!

My company enjoyed a Cesar salad and cola, even with these items- the bill was reasonable for 2 people (and my happy hour selection).

All in all, lol I'll certainly be back for the good drinks, food and overall customer service experience. I wish I remembered my waiter's name (a gentleman with a long beard and red flannel shirt) because he deserves a raise.

    I'll be back.

4 stars because the bathroom could've used a run through at the time I went in
