HORRIFIC dealership. Had to drive from NJ to MI twice because the first time I arrived many things did not work including water pressure and water heater. Advertised RV with "collision avoidance system" and "sleep number matterss" even went so far as to stage pics with the air mattress remotes the coach had neither. Ran the A/C prior to delivery so coach was cool - on the way home it was obvious the rear A/C did not blow cold air and had to be replaced. In motion satelite has never worked. Delayed delivery to repair fridge - never done - fridge had to be repaired immediately after I took delivery. But none of that compared to them taking FOUR (4) MONTHS to produce a title - during which time the coach could not be driven. I had to track down the two prior owners (one overseas) to get the proper documents. There is plenty more - my advice is STAY AWAY!

Krenek was amazing to work with and provided us with outstanding customer service. My family rented a travel trailer from them for an 18-day, cross country vacation. Their staff was very professional in going over things with us when we picked up the camper and when we had to call their 24/7 hotline with questions. But what we were most impressed by is their understanding when we had to extend our rental by two days due to an unexpected hospital stay while in California for our 75-year old mother who was diagnosed with pneumonia. They could have been very rude with us, charged us a late fee or for the extra days, or even not refunded our deposit … BUT they didn’t do any of that. The trip was stressful enough as this was the second ER/hospital visit for our mom (she fell at Yellowstone as well) so the empathy they showed us was more than appreciated. Therefore, we highly recommend Krenek to anyone who is looking to rent or purchase an RV.

1st class service. We had a leak in the shower, where some voids in the sealant were apparent. They closed those, and the shower still leaked. They revisited the issue, sealed some other non suspicious places, until the leak disappeared! All at no cost. Very happy to shower now!

Fantastic customer service from the salesman, Rob, and business manager, Pat!! Rob was willing to show us campers we came looking for and then others he thought might fit our needs better. Ended up with a different camper than we went for and we are so happy! Pat was great to work with too, worked on getting us a better price to get the payment we wanted. It really was a great experience and would highly recommend!!

This RV store is great! I've rented from them several years in a row. Kathy is wonderful to work with and has really good follow up. Their RV's are either new or extremely low miles, very highly recommended.

We were told no water damage in an rv we called on drove 2 hrs. Rob only shows us new ones above our price to finally take us to one we called on to find back all rotted out and severity of mold inside. He was rude and only wants to get your money. Don't go here spend your money elsewhere.

We rented an RV for a camping trip and had a great experience. The RV they gave us was almost brand new and was very easy to set up and use. It worked out great and we plan to use them again.

After serious looking for a motor home to rent last summer, and trying various channels, we found Krenek RV Center. They had a large variety of RV styles and sizes and we found one that suited our needs. The staff was helpful and easy to work with – especially our contact Kathy. The motor home was new, very sharp, and in top condition. We were given a very thorough walk-through with explanation of all aspects of the unit, and given a phone number to call for assistance if needed day or night. We took the motor home about 1400 miles – even on the car ferry across Lake Michigan. It was a wonderful trip with many good memories. Thank you, Krenek! We recommend them without reservation.

Our family had such a great time this summer renting an RV from Krenek for our annual trip. The team at Krenek was great to work with and although I was a bit apprehensive about driving one, they quickly put my concerns to rest. Our kids loved it because they had a comfy indoor space, and we loved it because we were "camping" again! Thanks Krenek!

We went on a family vacation in Michigan and Krenek exceeded our expectations! They were very thourough in explaining the details of our RV we were renting, and made sure to let us know if we had any questions to give them a call. I would highly recommend renting from them, and I know that me and my family will again when we visit Michigan again!!
