Understaffed. Telling customers they are booked up for three weeks.

Awful customer service experience, rude and condescending. Took 2 days for a simple oil change, lying about oil pans being gone, lying about how much oil was lost during their huge mistake. Everything about our experience was awful. Stay away. Even the tow truck driver warned us about your handling of these matters.

I've been bringing my Subie to Autobahn for the past several years and have always had a great experience. The staff is courteous, attentive and efficient and help explain everything they do, along with being proactive in suggesting repairs and maintenance. They are also fair in price for both parts and labor. I've recommended them to friends and family in the past and will continue to do so into the future!

This is the only place I bring my Volvo. Brendon, David and crew do an amazing job. They never over charge and always take the time to explain exactly what is going on with my car. Hands down the best auto shop in town!
