  Had such a great experience at Tyler Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep in Niles. Gary Marshall was so kind and helpful. We knew nothing going in, but learned so much about Jeep Wranglers.including The Wave! We had a great time, and found the Jeep of our dreams! We recommend it highly.

  Pushy, unprofessional. Uses ploys and schemes to make you feel like you're buying the nicest car ever so you'll overlook how much you're overpaying for a base model. Don't come here.

  Angie Thibadeaux was great; I felt no pressure from our interactions. Angie was helpful, listened to me and my requests, I enjoyed interacting with her.
  Kevin Miracle was my salesman on site; honest, kind, trustworthy, warm and gracious. Kevin did not try to pressure me, was sincere in our interactions and wanted me to get a vehicle that was perfect for me. I left the lot completely satisfied and happy with my purchase. Thank you to all at Tyler, everyone was friendly.

  A fantastic experience at Tyler's Jeep. I highly recommend stopping and asking for the young Gary Marshall, for a fun and relaxing car buying experience, also the opportunity to meet Matt James, THE nicest and MOST genuine Sales Manager you will EVER meet.
  I purchased my Jeep grand Cherokee 2 1/2 years ago, I have had it serviced there for everything, and have been completely happy also with the service department as well. They have been polite, friendly and efficient, always helpful answering all questions I have had. I put a LOT on miles on my Jeep, purchased new tires through them and had them installed there. They had the best prices for the same tires the Jeep came with, purchased and installed.
  Extremely pleased, and certainly glad I walked in their door 2 1/2 years ago.
