They lost my business because they don't wanna make a deal right away. They like playing games. They didn't accept my offer which was reasonable and within the limits of everyone else in the area. We ended up leaving and went to Toyota of Grand Rapids. While we were writing up the paperwork there, kool toyota decided all of a sudden they wanted to make a deal. Lol you lost out

All they did was look at my exhaust and say I have a non factory exhaust on my Rav4 now and sent me on my way, but I still have a rattle under the front end of my suv and they want to charge me $50.00 to look at it and order anew part. I feel like that was a waste of my time and GAS for the drive. They could of just asked me if
I had already replaced my exhaust and if I said yes then I didn't need to come in. Right???response / report this review -

I wrote a bad review last week. It was supposed to be for Kool Chevy, not Kool Toyota. When I had a Rav4 Toyota and had it serviced by Kool Toyota, they were great.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Kool and had an excellent experience. Tyler Ray was my salesperson. He was honest, upfront, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt no pressure to make a hasty choice or to buy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for their buying experience. Bruce A. in finance was also a great guy, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly sales people and service. They are open in Saturday. The have service center, sales center, key makers, accessories shop. No body shop available.

Our Salesman, Earl was not at all pushy. He gave us facts we wanted for us to make the best decision on our next vehicle and offered suggestions to help guide us, without trying to get us to rush a decision. We greatly appreciated that.

Great customer service and great prices. This location was less then half the cost of another local dealer. They had to order the parts , but I called in before 1pm and had the parts delivered before 10 am the following day. If you are looking for OEM Parts locally I would try Kool first!

Kool Toyota is very Cool 👍
Mark squeezed us in after being late even though they were booked & he was very willing to help us & not shoving us to the side like Toyota 28th
We needed to get new mats Dave & Gerald was very informative with their options of what they sell.
Joe helped install our mats
Tim our technician was really resourceful as well and he took the time to relate with us with our service issues to resolve our issues
So we can understand what's going on without upselling
Everyone was super helpful and nice
That's all anyone can ask for when they enter a car 🚗 servicing dealership

My partner brought his Toyota here for a recall on a part and were were in and out in like 25 minutes. They even offered us coffee. Very nice and helpful. I drive a Honda though and I am loyal to the core.
