Very small menu selection for a place that tries to be so fancy. The server for our table was friendly but not all the customers were so lucky. Many of the employees seemed less than enthused to be there

Truthfully we felt as if because we are not regulars, service was lacking. My husband had to ask for coffee refills. Our server seemed somewhat frustrated because we asked questions concerning the menu, and seemed to be more interested in who was at the bar. Her checkins with us consisted of, "how is everything " as she walked by. After we received our bill and were told she would be right back to take our payment, we finally realized we would have to submit it ourselves as she did not return. But instead was at the bar conversing with other customers. Not serving them but talking.
Doubtful we will return. And not to be disrespectful to your establishment, if asked my opinion of Clifford Lake Inn, I will relate our experience.
I had more than twenty years of experience in the food service field before I retired. No matter what each and every one of my customers had my full attention. I expect the same wherever I go.

A wonderful place to eat. Luckily just ran across it. Burger was great. Prime rib amazing. Out waitress Cindy was so polite and attentive!! Will def go again. Great prices as well. Thanks guys!!
