Great service! I bought a used bike at another store and went in to have them adjust the full suspension. They did it for free as well as showing me how to do it myself later. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered every question helpfully.

Went in for what I thought would be an easy fix for a bike chain, I needed one link, one of them broke off my chain. First they needed the chain, so I drove home and came back. A different employee came up to help us, he looked, went to another employee (his boss maybe) and asked him where to look, he looked one more time, and returned with no luck on finding a link. Bums me out, the guy didn't seem like he was interested in helping fix the issue. He just seemed like he wanted to get rid of us because we weren't trying to spend a bunch of money in there.

We stopped in for some cleaning supplies, a spare tube and some air in our tires before hopping on the White Pine. They offer to clean our chain for us, which was great.
