I was not impressed with the clothing section or the lack of responsibility of the employees. There were clothes all over the floor. Employees didn't see an urgency about getting it cleaned up. Hopefully, no customers fell because of that mess. The rest of the store was decent. I truly think they tried to put way too many things in that store.

Retail assistant was very helpful and patient! I was having trouble locating my Kohl's cash and she was very helpful. In addition my husband thinks the Warsaw store has well trained staff and they're always play.

Great prices for the quality of clothes. Staff is very helpful. Always a good sale going on in the store which is nice.

Cashier was very nice, male manager on floor however was not. Can't remember his name, very tall and skinny, he was talking to employee very rudely. I wouldn't work for him, extremely disrespectful and is not first time I remember this guy talking down to his workers.

Very large store. Lots of different choices. Free wifi, little over priced. But it has some tasteful items.
