We got her late coming back from visiting family and this was a great hotel. The beds were fantastic, very quiet, and I like how there is a restaurant next door. Skyler and Sharlene were very friendly! The only complaint I have is the remodeling. It just made the hallways look nasty. other than that, I would recommend.

We stayed here in September. It was a very nice hotel, but the pool was closed. So that was a bummer! The staff was very nice. Skyla at the front desk helped us bring our luggage down and the breakfast lady was extremely kind. Every hotel should have a breakfast person like that. Price was decent! We will be back.

Stayed here for the second November in a row. Great service, clean room. This may very well become an annual stop for me. Some extra outlets would be nice though.

Love this place. Excellent cookies when you walk through the door, great breakfast! the guy that works nights and Skyler are very nice! The beds are also very comfortable. I would come back!

We were driving through and decided to stay here. I'm so glad we did! The bed was so comfortable and usually when I stay at hotels there is lots of noise. Very quiet here. The front desk staff was very nice. Skyla at the front desk was great. She checked us in and made sure we got the room we asked for. The lady in breakfast was so nice. I just wish they had a washer and dryer! I Definitely recommend this hotel.

Quiet, smells nice, room was clean, most staff is friendly. Great rates, great free breakfast. Pool is small but was clean and warm. Mexican restaurant/bar very close (just at the end of the parking lot)

Very very poor customer service. I was only an attendee and not one that paid for the event or hosted it and it was dirty, understocked, not set up at all when we arrived, and the staff was rude. We were told we could have coffee that we had paid for and the lady said shes not makeing anymore coffee other then what was for breakfast. They even hid the chips they had on the frount counter from the guests that were staying in the hotel. I would never stay here.

Room was nice, and bed was comfortable. There is a nice lounge area on the third floor that is perfect for watching a football game with your friends. Staff was helpful and friendly. They're redoing the floors, so parts of the hotel are a mess, but it will be much improved when that is finished.

I had a previous post that I have since removed due to the regional manager threatening legal action against me for my 'unfounded/damaging claims.' I've contacted Corporate and will update my post when we reach an agreement.
Basically, the following day after my stay I felt very itchy and noticed 20+ bites all over my body. I brought my bags to a pest control company to be sprayed and they were pretty confident looking at the bites that they knew what they were. However, since I did not go to the doctor or have the bites tested, I cannot confirm what the bites were or where I got them..
I'd like to point out that the manager and the front desk associates have been very helpful, understanding, and pleasant to deal with. Once the regional manager got involved, the situation changed drastically.
I am a Spire Rewards Member and stay 100+ nights a year with IHG. The previous review I posted was the first negative review I've ever given. I only post reviews when I want to recognize someone for their outstanding service. Price & cleanliness is paramount to me and I've always chosen IHG over their competitors because of the value they provide.response / report this review -

Rooms are always clean and the service is normally fast but compared to other Holiday Inns they are seriously lacking. If you have a choice stay at the Wyndham with a patio and an excellent bar/restaurant.

DO NOT STAY HERE.
TWO WORDS; BED BUGS.
I arrived at the Holiday Inn at around 12 am to 1am, and my friend and I immediately crashed in the beds and fell asleep. We promptly got up by 7am to get back on the road. While we were driving, I started to itch. It was my arm mostly, and it was very red from my scratching it, it eventually started to welt up. I put vaseline on it to try to hydrate it and sooth it but that did nothing. When I arrived at my destination, I looked in the mirror and I had bed bug bites on my lower back and arm. I called the Hotel, they took my number because the manager wasn't there, and never called me back. If you're reading this Holiday Inn Express, the reservation was under Melissa Slagle from Saturday to Sunday and I still demand you talk to me immediately. This is unacceptable.
The person who took my number asked if I had reported the bed bugs while I was at the hotel, and since we were only there to sleep and take a few bites of breakfast, we didn't notice the bugs.response / report this review -

The staff was excellent and they were kind for our stay. We were there for a funeral and they were very happy to let our family use the breakfast nook to have a dinner get-together, since no restaurant could accommodate us. They let us stay as long as we wanted, and helped us make some wonderful memories. The breakfast was a nice benefit and the pool was great and we had a great view. We plan on returning in the summer
