  We ordered a truck box from Supreme. The box was we got came the wrong height as we ordered and what the contract said. They sent a salesman out to investigate. They admitted into being wrong and told us they would make it right and get us the correct box. One week later and they denied being at fault and told us they weren't going to work with us. It went all the way up to the Vice President. He told us he didn't care and to just go somewhere else next time. So we definitely will. Stay away from this hole in the ground.

  I am a dealer that builds over 60 box trucks a year and Supreme is always there to help. Ken Marks goes over and beyond what anyone else I have ever dealt with any other body builder.

  I have ordered 5 truck bodies from this company in past 2 years, and every single time they are 3-8 weeks late on getting the body finished. Every time they tell me this time will be differentbut its more of the same. Not to mention when are they weeks past the quoted completion date, they don't seem to care or offer any discount nor help in shipping.
  
  Bottom line is, if you need your truck/van body done by a certain datelook elsewhere.
