We are currently staying here due to our home catching fire last week and the lady on second shift Carrie is amazing my kids loved her she was fun sweet caring understanding easy to talk to just all the way round wonderful and made it so easy on us as well as turned a bad reason for having to stay at a hotel into a good time . I would also like to thank the housekeeper who gave us a mini fridge when i asked and say thank you to the housekeeper named Raven. She was very sweet and understanding. Its only because of those 3 ladies.(concerning the hotel )that i didnt completely lose my mind so thank you .Carrie ,raven, and the mini fridge housekeeper. Lol sorry i didn't get your name. . 😄😅😂 .

I like the original touch that has been reinforced however I have a concern for the new addition of what is considered to be a GM . Other than that I see that this place is definitely one of a kind. My Thank You goes out to those who Have made my stay beyond what else I have been shown to expect. Thank you so much.

Brook point inn is a quaint hotel just outside Syracuse, Indiana. Rooms are spacious and conference rooms are available. The management was very helpful with working with our wedding party and guests from our of town.

We were there almost two years ago and completely enjoyed our stay. The manager was so amazing and helpful! We travel a lot and never stay at same place but we just bought a black Friday deal and are coming back to check out your cabins!

Bed bugs alert!

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in a while. They need radical renovation. Facility is very old and poorly maintained.

From outside it looks beautiful, rustic, scenic and gorgeous!! But that’s it.

I stayed here for 1 week.

House keeping didn’t show up half of the time.

Noisy neighboring rooms.

Uncomfortable cheap quality pillows. Cheap quality mattresses.

Horrible stale old breakfast options and coffee. They charge for water and coffee!!

And above all no smile from receptionists!! I have bed bugs bites all over now!!

Update:
I get contacted by the owner saying I wrote the wrong review of another hotel!! And their hotel does not have bed bugs. This is for Brooke Pointe Inn in Syracuse, Indiana. And I still do have bites all over. I’m not writing anything personal. This is to improve your business. Bed bugs happen everywhere and it needs to be addressed ASAP.

Maybe they did give me the worst room they have to stay for 1 week.

When i first walked I was in awe; stunning layout of the place . it is more like home. Rooms are huge to go.
Then a stunning layout for the grounds.
I will come bck on a personal visit with my wife . room 22 window veiw nice..
Every where you go they have couchs to make you feel like you are at home.

Hotel is like an old stile, but new. Breakfast dishes are porcelain with stainless spoons,etc. Nice staff. Grounds have walking paths and a free zip line. Placed off the highway, very quiet. Not like a chain hotel.

Cute Inn with a lot of personality. I was driving through the area and needed a place to stay that was pet friendly and served breakfast And didn't cost an arm and a leg. Brook Pointe Inn fit the bill. I was worried it would be a dump and was so pleased when we drove up and saw the place! It is beautiful, rooms were more than comfortable and the grounds were great for walking my dog.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. The floor in my room had some stains and so did one of the pillow cases. That was a little unsettling, but I was by myself and had a double bed room, so I took a pillow from the other bed, turned the cases inside out and used them that way.
It would have been nice if they provided "Togo" coffee cups to take your coffee with you.
Overall, a nice, quaint place to stay with a country feel.

We loved the getaway! The jacuzzi tub was great, and the milk and cake! We also used a coupon they provided for a really good local BBQ place, as well as getting massages at the hotel. Can't wait to go back! Next time we are going to try a cabin! So relaxing :

We didn't get to stay long as we arrived late and left early, but we were impressed. My girlfriend immediately commented on how cute and cozy it was as we pulled up. We had friendly and efficient staff, and a nice room with a comfy bed. It felt homier than any hotel I have stayed at.

My husband and I have been traveling to Syracuse, Indiana for the last 10 years. We hopefully want to purchase our own home there someday. But for now Brook Pointe Inn is our home away from home. Upon on our arrival the first time we stayed here we actually meet the owner, I cannot recall his name right now but he was very friendly and spoke with us for a good 10-15 minutes. Later in our trip we visited the local bowling alley he was there and actually recognized us. That really impressed me and my husband. The hotel is very charming I love the attention to detail they have a snack area where you can get soda and snacks anytime of the day or night that is on an honor system, they have a really cool fire pit out back that you can sit around on wooden swings, and they even have a zip line. (Which we had to try!) The rooms are clean, comfortable, close to restaurants, and shopping. If you visit Syracuse, Indiana definitely give them a try. We will be staying there again in just a couple weeks.
