  First time coming out here, no kohl's near where I live. It's very organized, came on a slow day so lucky me. Found what I came for and then some. Can always find good deals.

  The fitting room is closed in the middle of the day. I left without buying the jeans because I can't tell if they will fit without trying them on.

  Big place with plenty of clothes to choose from and had a waiting/resting areas just outside the fitting rooms in the middle of the store

  Sucks in every way!!! Customer service is a dame joke! Waited 15 mins on customer service line while associate was on phone..she never got off phone and pointed me to Kiosk not listening to my concern or request. kids were playing with the same kiosk i was pointed to and damaged it..All i wanted was to order my son some sneakers. Instead we were humiliated because he's a tall healthy 17 year old way bigger then the small adult store clerk and i guess like the store clerk said that store caters to smaller people. Ok..will never ever shop there again!!!!

  My experiences are almost always pretty good.
  The older staff members seem to know their stuff and help out willingly - But, im not too sure about the younger ones.( I had a younger sassy staff whom "attempted" to serve me two days ago at the Watch Department- lets just say she was filled with a lot of attitude in one look and seemed uncooperative in answering simple questions)
  
  I believe with a place like khols the youngest y'all should be hiring are folks in their mid 20's -at the least.
  
  I may sound like an ageist but I'm actually the complete opposite. Meritocracy should be the rule of the day at all times , agreed! But, statically a staggering number of these young people just aren't competent at certain customer service jobs - Jobs that requires a gargantuan load of patients.

  Resion for not giving 5 stars is some of the employs hear have lot of attitudespecially casherstey shud know well its ter work to have smile on ter face n leave attitude at ter home
  Today wen i was shopping all the employs on floor wer v.helpfullbut the afican american lady who charged me was full of attitudemade face even while sayin hello

  Not very organized. Would not waste another visit to this store. Neither the cashier nor the manager I asked to speak to were willing to solve the issue, but tried to pass a 15% off as the solution. Needless to say I left without a single purchase.

  Kohl's is a very well run retail chain, good merchandise which people can afford. Well displayed, clear pricing, discounts generously given at the register with a very neat merchandising in every department. I very really shop in the store but when I do Kohl's will be my first choice.
