Great shopping experience.

They carry a lot of brands, not only those universally known luxury brands but also niche brands hardly seen elsewhere. Sometimes this makes it a have-to to visit Barney's if one's been following some not so mainstream designers.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful, meanwhile not being too enthusiastic so you can appreciate your favorite garments with full attention.

Given all these merits the magnificent department store owns, let alone its golden location, I don't think I'll need Barney's app anymore. The online shopping experience at Barney's IMO is something they can and should improve.

I highly recommend Barneys in 660 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10065. It is super organized and people will not bother you while you are browsing to find what you are looking for and most importantly try new products.

Remarkable how after visiting with 3 sales staff no one wanted to work. Seriously they need to retrain staff as my shopping experience was a complete waste of time. They are a customer pain point.

This Barneys store is a monster. There’s maybe 8 levels (perhaps more) of men’s and women’s collections. The service is incredible here, just start pulling things and someone should help you right away. For men Level 3 has great brands like Maison Margiela and Dries Van Noten. Keep going on up if you’re looking for Paul Smith. There’s bathrooms hidden around the store too should you need to take a toilet break.

Barneys always has the most beautiful window displays. It also always has the most unique assortment of new and old name designers. The staff is friendly and never pretentious. They have an up and coming designers section. The bathrooms are always clean and well kept. The Cyber Cafe is the best place to grab a quick bite while shopping. I highly reccomend the breakfast wrap and their pretzels are really great too!
This is one of my favorite places to shop in Nyc.

The place as best to classify as an outlet they don't even greet customers. Seem like they have to be there to work. I look to buy some moncler jackets, but the model/ style is like 5 year old such a dump

The pillar of luxury fashion. Expensive. Very expensive. But you need to expect that when you go. If you have limited income there is a floor with discounted items. I believe it's the seventh. You have get some shoes up there for under 500.
