Pfffff, I just bought today Nike shoes last airmax for my son, I said the seller i want size 42, he told me yes, and when i came in my hôtel, I realized he gave me size 44, and i leave tomorrow morning, to go back in FranceI lost my time and my money. It's a mistake, but the job of a seller is minimum to verifyand the seller was not friendly, he was talking with is friend, ont focused

Expected to go in here and be treated like a number (or worse, a tourist) and just try on my shoes to order them online. I'm not a great shopper and have no patience for big stores like this but Ralph found me the right shoes and and the right size right away, offered me a run on their lovely in store woodway and I was sold. The shoes are great, Ralph was super helpful and with their 30% deal for downloading their app, they were less expensive than online. Overall, a great experience and I can't wait to go back.

Out of all the Nike Stores i’ve Called today, in New York and Long Island, the Flatiron Nike Store was most helpful in checking for a size. The store in Soho put me on hold for 10 minutes and I was forced to hang up, and call back. Niketown checked for the size with no alternative option. While Flatiron was very responsive.i’d Like to commend Mike Fish for all his help. He was able to locate the sneaker immediately in minutes, and offered me options. Nike Inc. should be proud to have such a dedicated employee. Thanks Mike, I’m sure this is not a coincidence & you’ve had positive feedback before. You made me a happy customer!

Ridiculous experience! Tried to return a pair of running sneakers I bought here a couple of weeks ago and only after the sales associate inspects the kicks and finds that they have been worn she tells me that she can't do the return because "the register isn't working". Like really? Something doesn't add up because she only said this after she noticed the sneakers were worn despite the sneakers being within Nike's 30 day no questions asked return policy. Then she continues by suggesting I go to another Nike store. In summation, a terrible experience that left me feeling disrespected. I guess for this particular Nike location if your going to pay with cash avoid at all costs because apparently "the register isn't working"

Excellent customer service! Big Nike Store with a huge selection, however, during lunch hour it was a little understaffed. The remaining workers kept up with the pace and delivered an overall good experience!

Well equipped store of this one major sportswear supplier. You'll find especially running gear here. Both men an women on two floors and the shop is not as crowded as Nike town.

Nice small Nike store - staff were friendly enough without being helpful. Not a huge range. Call in for the essentials - basic running gear, standard range of shoes and t-shirts. But if your looking for range find a different Nike store.
